⭐☆☆☆☆ SCAM COMPANY – STAY FAR AWAY!!! I USED SPROCKET FOR A YEAR AND CANCELED BEFORE MY RENEWAL DATE. EVER SINCE THEN, THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN NONSTOP TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR NEARLY $300 EVERY 2–3 DAYS FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS. MY BANK KEEPS BLOCKING THEM, BUT THEY WON’T STOP. IT’S HARASSMENT, AND IT’S INSANE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR A FREE TRIAL OF SOME STUPID APP CALLED DROP GENIUS—WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR, NEVER USED, NEVER WANTED—AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $100 FOR IT. WHEN I REACHED OUT, THEY PROMISED A REFUND. I WENT THROUGH ALMOST 50 EMAILS WITH THEIR TEAM OVER FIVE MONTHS, CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD “YOU’LL GET YOUR REFUND SOON.” THEN OUT OF NOWHERE—THEY GHOSTED ME. NO REFUND. NO REPLIES. JUST SILENCE. THIS COMPANY IS A STRAIGHT-UP SCAM. THEY LIE. THEY STEAL. THEY HIDE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEIR “SUPPLIERS” CAN BE FOUND EASILY WITH A SIMPLE GOOGLE SEARCH. THEY’RE JUST A WORTHLESS MIDDLEMAN TRYING TO MILK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY CAN. STAY AWAY FROM SPROCKET. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. THEY ARE EVERYTHING WRONG WITH E-COMMERCE APPS.
