Had a conversation in Spocky chat system last month , ask for a refund and stop membership , because i no longer needed.They agreed and weeks after, sent a message in Spocke said either 20% refund or a extra free month and charged me another month membership , because they did not stop membership as agreed from chat . I think you should contact me by email instead of Spocket, because i did not loggin since last time ,how am i suppose to see you message week after? I will not be so frustreret if you say no to refund, i am so angry the way you run the business . Becareful when you stop your membership !!
