An experience of extreme disappointment and feeling scammed! All potential users BEWARE!​​ ​​Unwanted Charge:​​ Due to an oversight on my part, I forgot to cancel the subscription. ​​Spocket charged me the full $39.90 WITHOUT any prior warning or confirmation emails.​​ While I accept responsibility for not canceling, is charging the full price without any notification or leeway reasonable? ​​Poor Support & Broken Promises:​​ I contacted support ​​IMMEDIATELY​​ after discovering the charge, requested a refund, and canceled the subscription. Support initially deflected blame, but after pushing back, they ​​promised a partial refund of only 20% ($7.98)​​, calling it a "final courtesy." ​​Promises VANISHED! Records GONE! (The Worst Part):​​ To add insult to injury, ​​not only has that promised 20% refund NEVER materialized, but ALL traces of my previous support conversations MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED!​​ I can find no history or transcripts to prove their promise was ever made. This is a classic case of ​​"gaslighting" and erasing accountability!​​ ​​Zero Resolution, Zero Integrity:​​ Subsequent attempts to contact support have been met with silence or robotic reiterations of policy. They ​​completely IGNORE​​ the issue of the unfulfilled 20% promise and the vanished chat records. I feel utterly scammed and dismissed. ​​ ​​Easy to charge, IMPOSSIBLE to get a fair refund.​​ They exploit a user's forgetfulness for "legitimate" revenue, then build walls when refunds are requested, even breaking their own minor concessions. ​​Chats VANISH! Promises MEAN NOTHING!​​ My experience proves that even if a support agent offers a partial refund, they can renege and make the evidence disappear. ​​A total lack of transparency and integrity.​​ ​​A Costly $39.90 Lesson:​​ This money isn't just a subscription fee; it's the price paid for Spocket's ​​abysmal customer service and utter lack of respect for their users​​. ​​STRONGLY advise anyone considering Spocket to look elsewhere!​​ You shouldn't just worry about product quality, but also subscription traps, predatory billing practices, and support promises that vanish into thin air. There are many supplier tools available – ​​steer clear of this company with questionable ethics. Protect your wallet and sanity!​​ ​​This is my personal experience, documented truthfully. I hope my ordeal helps others avoid this pitfall.​
