To say this was a game changer for our store would be an understatement. From their excellent training to amazing customer service Springbot has made using their services a breeze. Our account manager has played a crucial role in our success with tons of helpful articles, suggestions and always keeping us up to date on the newest things Springbot has to offer.

We started using Springbot about 6 months ago, and have been very happy with the results. First off, their Customer Service is fantastic, they are very responsive and I feel like we have a true partnership. We work directly with Andrew Foah and he is extremely attentive to our business. We have grown our email list significantly through their services, and their analytics are outstanding. The Springbot platform lets us do all the things that a big e-commerce business does, but at a fraction of the cost, and with a lot of helpful support along the way.

We came on board with Springbot early last year. It has been an amazing step for us. It replaced Mailchimp, and we picked up a lot of other bonus things in the deal. We have remarketing, win back emails, social posting. I can’t say enough good things, it has been well worth the money we spend on it each month. I am always hesitant to drop a lot of money, but this is really a no brainer. The customer service is top notch, they took care of the set up as well as the change over when I moved from Magento to Shopify.

We're off to an awesome start with Springbot. We saw an immediate increase in traffic and orders once we were up and running with them. The onboarding team is awesome. Weekly calls were set up to walk us through setting up triggered emails, prepping ads for Adroll and how to monitor campaigns. They also show you all you can do with Springbot, including building smart email campaigns using audience segmentation. We're also using Springbot to manage our Facebook ads, which has also been very solid in terms of success. More importantly, they were on us early to get images and content ready for the holiday season. Once we were confident in using Springbot's tools, we were put in the hands of a team member who helps us set goals and works with us to hit them. If you have a small team and keep putting off building your email list and setting up triggered email campaigns to profit from that list, Springbot is well worth it. As I mentioned earlier, their team is great. They'll motivate you to get things done and they have the knowledge to help drive sales.

The Springbot staff was amazing at listening and identifying our needs as a growing e-commerce company. The customer service is exceptional and our questions and concerns are always answered in a timely manner. Digital marketing is a whole new world and Springbot helped us take the plunge and understand how to expand our digital presence. The Springbot dashboard is easy to navigate and understand. We highly recommend the Springbot app!

Our company just finished onboarding and I am very pleased! We are a small company with an extremely niche market so I was reluctant to entrust our business with Springbot. Although this is something I could likely do on my own it makes my life so much easier knowing that they are willing to learn our business and help us to be more successful. The service piece to Springbot is their most valuable feature. Each person that we have worked with has literally held our hand as we learned. I recommend Springbot to any company like us who is maxed out on time and people resources. My learning curve has literally been shortened by months! I look forward to more success with this company.

So far, so great. I found Springbot when I was looking for a cheaper option for my Infusionsoft subscription. What I found was I didn't need cheaper, I needed more dynamic. Springbot has delivered. I'm using the analytic in conversations and business planning discussions like I haven't in the past. I'm engaging more with my customers and planning more effectively with my suppliers. Great investment I've made on a business system!

Loving my experience with Springbot! As our subscriber list continued to grow, so did our fees with Constant Contact and Mail Chimp. Springbot not only offered the most affordable pricing by far, they also came with so many extra bells and whistles - especially in the area of most of the social media platforms that we use. Everyone we've dealt with has been super professional and always going above and beyond to ensure optimum performance in whatever aspect of Springbot I was utilizing. I was even able to work closely with my account manager on the design of all of my email campaigns, and got feedback on what types of verbiage would probably be most effective. Thereafter, someone always made it a point to touch base with me on a regular basis to discuss the results of these various campaigns and suggestions were given on how to improve the next ones. These guys are so easy to work with and most importantly, we have seen increased revenue since partnering up with these amazing folks! Thank you Springbot!

We started using Springbot about a year ago and have seen some impressive results. If you aren't doing retargeting or FB campaigns with them you should be. Definitely our biggest bang for buck as far as advertising goes. It takes some time to get everything set up and running properly but once you do your business will skyrocket. Their FB service sounds expensive but it's so worth the investment especially if you are not social media savvy. Even if you are savvy they will take a lot off your plate and do it better than you ever could. Thanks Rachel and Nichole for all that you do for us!

We have been using springbot for over a year and can't say enough about it - it's a great tool to gain insights into your customer base and pull data against all your marketing initiatives - all in one dashboard. Complex in it's functionality with complete user ease. We do a lot of influencer marketing and their trackable links was vital to understanding which partnerships drove return. In addition to being a great tool, the team at Springbot is outstanding. From the on-boarding period all the way through to when we transitioned to your account manager - they gave relevant insights into our industry and were always willing to work to find the best solution for our needs. If you're feeling over-whelmed with pulling data from different platforms and want to get a better handle on your overall marketing activity and ROI - Springbot is a wonderful resource.

It has been so wonderful working with Springbot. We have weekly calls with Tara so we can stay on track with our ad success, budget, and new marketing campaigns. Tara and the Springbot team are extremely patient, helpful, and always willing to provide full explanations of everything they implement. We've seen our sales increase significantly with Springbot. I had a very positive experience with Springbot. Their dashboard keeps of all your channels organized in one place. It's very convenient for any ecommerce business. Their support staff is always ready to jump on a call with you. Learning their software is made easy through walkthrough tutorials. So we've been using Springbot for about 3 months now. I'm super happy with them and the data they collect. Their service has so many features and benefits. I won't go into the details of what they offer, you can read up on that elsewhere. There are a few things that I think they can improve upon. They aren't deal breakers, and I've found work arounds for them: • They don't have an app so you need to post from a desktop. • Facebook Social hub only allows 1 image at a time per post. • Doesn't autofill Hashtags like IG • Will not simultaneously post on IG and Facebook. • Image size must be 3mb or less which ads time on my end because I have to resize images. • Some of the data can be funky at times such as abandoned cart info. What you should know is that their customer service is on point. I completed the on-boarding process with Ben. He was patient and helped me learn the interface quickly. We had weekly calls where he answered all my questions, and helped me get everything set up. After my first month I was assigned to Andrew. He's been super helpful giving me marketing ideas and helping me maximize my ROI using their service. I get responses to my emails in a timely fashion. I've been really happy with his suggestions, and he always makes himself available when I have a question or want to set up a meeting to discuss future actions. My Facebook acct. manager is Nichole. She's also been super helpful, answering my emails after hours, giving me suggestions and really helping me maximize my sponsored facebook posts. This was something that I was doing on my own before Springbot, and she's really helped bring it to the next lever. She sends me weekly reports allowing me to see what works and what doesn't. The best way I can describe Springbot is: It's like having my own mini-marketing team helping me reach my customer base and make the most of my time. As a small business owner, It can be hard to find the time to fine tune this part of the business, but as we all know its very important to do so. The team at Springbot helps me do just that!

I am extremely happy that I went with this app. I am being trained by an associate whose name is Matt. He walks me through the application so that I understand what I am doing. Later on, I go into the app and make my adjustments. I have been looking for this type of app to send emails to my customer base when they visit, make a purchase, remind them about my site, follow up emails and an integration on social media. I will be doing ads on the internet through them. All in all I would recommend them to everyone. Tom B Hobbyheroes.com
