Really happy with Spur’s Instagram automation. It has helped us streamline DMs, capture leads, and respond to customers much faster. The platform is easy to use and the support team is super responsive. Definitely a great solution for brands serious about growing through Instagram.
Hey Aditya, we're really for this experience 1. All the flow failing issues were fixed on our call at 1:30 PM, Monday, 2nd December 2024. 2. The Facebook automation not working issue you faced on 4th December was actually a Meta bug: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/1279188616611168/ As soon as the bug was fixed, we retried all the failed executions to avoid any revenue loss from Facebook automations. 3. The best WhatsApp marketing app so far found by me. Best customer support I could ever imagine! They are very responsive and SPUR team is open for any future improvements. They have the whole automation section with pre-made ready to deploy automations, broadcasts works perfect and they have plenty of other marketing tools worth to try.

After trying so many api providers, finally, I got the right one, Spur. They have a very simple dashboard and excellent customer support for any issues. Spur is a really innovative platform—easy to use and with very useful features for D2C brands, such as simulcasting on the website and their Auto DM feature, which is very beneficial for a D2C brand. Additionally, Spur is very supportive. Royal, the founder, is always available to resolve issues or cross-check the setup. It's been a great experience, and we actually made a good number of sales during our live sessions.

SPUR is more transparent to show when the message is delivered or not delivered. Their smart try options helps you periodically retry the failed messages on Abadoned Cart. Team is approchable for any query. Spur as a tooll is easy to go to places for templates or flow configuration. It will take few days to understand. Once things are set, there is no turning back. Revenue is up by atleast 15% on Gross Sales after SPUR is on board as whatsapp automation partner. Tool is very neat to access.
