We were looking for an automation app to help our business and we got spur. The fact that it is so easy to use and also how easy it is to contact the help centre is great. They usually get back to you within a few hours and solve your doubt or problem right away. Moreover it's been a great experience using spur. Special thanks to my man Savya for his timely help. Having initially used Business On Bot for WhatsApp while using Spur for Instagram & Facebook, we decided to make the switch entirely to Spur. This product is truly exceptional! We experienced conversions immediately from the moment we started using it. The customer service is outstanding, providing world-class assistance. Whenever I had issue with Facebook and Instagram integrations, they offered to help me immediately and guide me through every step by jumping on a call with me. I have always received solution for all issues immediately I'm eagerly anticipating the new features that they will be releasing in the future. All in all, this is a great product with a great team behind it!

Amazing product! We had conversions from day one. The customer service is world class. Had some questions regarding setting up WhatsApp and they offered to jump into a call and walk me through every step. Had it up and running in now time. Can't wait for the new features they'll be releasing in the future. Great product, great team!

We've been using Spur for about a month now, and we're extremely satisfied with the service. Their detailed metrics help us accurately assess how many of our sales can be attributed to a specific campaign, which is a great advantage. Does what it says and more - helps answer each and every query on FB, IG posts - thereby increasing the engagement and sending positive data to the algorithms like crazy ! Installing the app has suddenly boosted my reach by an order of magnitude ! Get this app, sit back and watch your store grow by leaps and bounds. Support and Integration queries resolved super quick - within minutes, by far the most useful app I've come across on the Shopify store so far.

The most needed app for any D2C brand - so glad I came across Spur. This app has put my customer service on steroids ! Super quick auto-replies that are actually relevant to the questions being asked within comments and inbox. Superb support from the team to help with the integration of the app as well. Highly recommended for anyone having an e-commerce store and need a structured way of serving the clients on Instagram and Facebook.

We have recently started using Spur on Instagram and it was a pleasure to receive our first order from Insta within the first few hours without really having to engage with any customer personally. Really a true example of tech enablement to scale up the business. Looking forward to use their other excellent features such as abandoned cart recovery etc.

Amazing app and a fantastic team! Their automation has helped us generate sales from our Instagram engagement and made our customer support efficient by taking care of simple/repetitive queries. Their WhatsApp API integration is also best for cart recovery, broadcasts, etc. It’s easy to set up, and we get all the data from sales to interaction for each campaign we run through them. 100% recommended!

Good app with a variety of features. Customer service is also very supportive and helped me access many features like integrations. One great feature is that you can link products to posts on Instagram, which helps with conversions. Can also hop on call with them any time to resolve a query, which is super helpful. I recently got to know about this app and have been using it for a week or so. Until now the experience has been quite smooth and exhilarating. For the first time I am able to experience an automation and integration of all the various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp and shopify. I cant wait to see what else this app has to offer in terms of its amazing capabilities. All the best to the developers, hope they keep on building such amazing apps in the future. A great app to increase revenue with features like Whatsapp and Instagram DMs cart recovery. Also, we love their automated comments feature on Instagram and Facebook posts for pricing details.
