Joseph was so incredibly helpful. I needed help syncing my shopify and square systems and he walked me through step by step. He was quick to respond and waited patiently as I figured it out with his help. He even gave me his email if I had any future questions which I felt like really took his service to the next level. We need more people like Joseph in the customer service industry.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. As a small business, inventory tracking is extremely important, but many platforms can be very costly, so I am incredibly excited to try Quicksync. Joseph went above and beyond to help me! Today was my first day setting up this service and as I'm attempting to product upload he actually reached out to me first without me writing in for help because he saw my account had an issue where product syncing and order syncing wasn't set up correctly in the midst of me creating my account! So he fixed that right up right for me so I don't have issues moving forward! His eagerness and kindness to help mean so much for someone learning another new program! Thank you Joseph!
