I'm so glad this app exists, it's going to save me a lot of time and mental effort! A Customer Success Agent named Omar proactively reached out to me as soon as I started working towards syncing our items. He answered my questions and trouble-shooting any issues in realtime -- all while being very patient and encouraging!
