Joseph was so incredibly helpful. I needed help syncing my shopify and square systems and he walked me through step by step. He was quick to respond and waited patiently as I figured it out with his help. He even gave me his email if I had any future questions which I felt like really took his service to the next level. We need more people like Joseph in the customer service industry.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. As a small business, inventory tracking is extremely important, but many platforms can be very costly, so I am incredibly excited to try Quicksync. Joseph took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step, making everything clear and easy to understand. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Joseph went above and beyond to help me! Today was my first day setting up this service and as I'm attempting to product upload he actually reached out to me first without me writing in for help because he saw my account had an issue where product syncing and order syncing wasn't set up correctly in the midst of me creating my account! So he fixed that right up right for me so I don't have issues moving forward! His eagerness and kindness to help mean so much for someone learning another new program! Thank you Joseph!

I started today with another sync service and ended up with the only one I will ever use again! First Reham literally took over and did eveything I needed. She even shared her screen with me so I could learn. They stayed with me so long when the shift changed happened Thea Kristel took over and didn't miss a beat! Got my Shopify sync'ed with both Etsy and TikTok in one chat session and worked on it while I was away from my laptop having leave for 1hr or more at a time. I'm over the moon happy with QuickSync and you will be too!!!! Give these 2 girls a raise!
