Omar was very. helpful in answering all the questions. Unfortunately this app does not have selective order syncing yet so not helpful for us if a retailer sells many different brands and we only want dropship orders for our brand only. Hopefully they get this in future.

I've needed to reach out to customer support a few different times to help us integrate our online inventory with our in-store inventory as we begin our online store. Every time, a real person has answered the direct chat and answered my questions almost immediately. Joseph, Diana, and Omar have all been a huge help!
