Products randomly become unsynced and support are not able to tell you why and you aren't notified about it. There is no point in the app if it can't sync products. There is no documentation to follow and support just tell you the products are not synced and to manually add them to the sync list again.

Quick, helpful and responsive team. New features and no email spam. Also saves me a lot of manual work importing items between platforms. Great app.

WOW!!! Joseph, who is one of the representatives for the company, was amazing and very informative and he also walked me through the process step by step. He was very professional and knew how to explain the way that the app works, so i could understand it. And he also went above and beyond to make sure my entire sync was completed, without leaving any products on my previous platform. Thank you so much and God bless!!

Although there's been a few issues here and there nothing that the team hasn't been able to figure out and they do it in a very friendly way too. Highly recommend.

Omar was very helpful and patient with me helping me to fix my shipping profile to help me save money. This is one of the few apps that has a live chat to help you if you have issues. It is a great resource for Shopify.

So far so good. The customer service is very responsive. Khaled answered my question right away via their chat app, and was receptive to my feedback. I get the impression they are trying to do a good job for their users.

Joseph was a really big help when i needed to merge my products to my POS square register, he guided me all through the way, he was also very patient, he answered all of my questions, he was very detailed and well explained. His knowledge was very maculate and understandable. Everything was fixed by him. Very excellent customer service from his part, also provided me his email if i had any further questions, and this is beyond customer service. Excellent job joseph, high five to you.

We have used this app when integrating our Shopify store to Square's POS solution. It works wonders. 10/10 recommend. Extremely fast and competent customer service. Especially with Jayson, who answered in detail, fast and was able to solve a major issue.

I am just starting with this app but so far I can give a raving review for their customer service, specifically Arianne. She was amazing and walked me through the entire process of syncing my Shopify store to Square. I literally couldn't have done it without her. The set up was a little glitchy at first but Arianne stuck with me and worked it all out. Very impressed with her skills and with the app as a whole. Lots more to learn but if this is the way they handle all their customers' concerns then I'm in!

Khaled was really great to work with. I had TERRIBLE experience with CEDCommerce Etsy/Shopify integration. This experience with QuickSync has been the opposite end of the spectrum. I have had some struggles, but Khaled was really easy to communicate with and walked me through things and sent me screenshots to back up the answers to questions/problems I had. A+

Joseph is the kindest support person ever! Very friendly and QUICK. It was my first time using this app, not knowing how to sync my products from eBay to Shopify. Joseph not only was responsive, but helped take a lot of the load off. Thank you for the help as always Joseph!

I am being charged for this app but It does not give me woocommerce. supplier to import from. I got a empty webpage I didnt ask for. How do I get the woo com then merce app to sync to and just import to my shopify account. If I am not able to synce and perform the requested action then this app is useless and request a refund. I will uninstall this app if I can not receive effective assistance. 24 hrs with no response and assistance and I will uninstall
