Quick, helpful and responsive team. New features and no email spam. Also saves me a lot of manual work importing items between platforms. Great app.

Although there's been a few issues here and there nothing that the team hasn't been able to figure out and they do it in a very friendly way too. Highly recommend.

Joseph was so helpful in getting my integration set up with Etsy, and helped me troubleshoot some issues with my listings. Looking forward to finishing set up and seeing the orders roll in :)

Omar was very helpful and patient with me helping me to fix my shipping profile to help me save money. This is one of the few apps that has a live chat to help you if you have issues. It is a great resource for Shopify.

So far so good. The customer service is very responsive. Khaled answered my question right away via their chat app, and was receptive to my feedback. I get the impression they are trying to do a good job for their users.

I am just starting with this app but so far I can give a raving review for their customer service, specifically Arianne. She was amazing and walked me through the entire process of syncing my Shopify store to Square. I literally couldn't have done it without her. The set up was a little glitchy at first but Arianne stuck with me and worked it all out. Very impressed with her skills and with the app as a whole. Lots more to learn but if this is the way they handle all their customers' concerns then I'm in!

Khaled was really great to work with. I had TERRIBLE experience with CEDCommerce Etsy/Shopify integration. This experience with QuickSync has been the opposite end of the spectrum. I have had some struggles, but Khaled was really easy to communicate with and walked me through things and sent me screenshots to back up the answers to questions/problems I had. A+

I have to say Joseph was a God sent. I wasn't sure about the app. my biggest concern was the monthly charge. I had spent so much time trying to sync shopify to tiktok and try other apps with no result. I wasnt sure about this app. but suddenly the chat box turned on and Joseph started typing. They are importing and accelerating the listing process FROM EBAY to Shopify. Their 24/7 response time has been great so far, and I really look forward to their real-time sync between stores for inventory.
