Needed help with a custom sync with a complex retail square to Shopify connection. Joseph was incredibly helpful with not only solving some of the technical pieces (server timeouts because we have a huge inventory) but also with a custom sync of categories sold only in our retail stores. I love this app. It's a miracle that when I create an item in shopify it is automatically created in square. Saves us a huge amount of time. Another miracle: changing the price of items in shopify (i.e. marking up or down) automatically changes the price in square. Another great feature is the list of unsynced items: After the first sync there were a number of items that didn't sync and when I looked at them I saw all the errors I'd made over time and I had NO IDEA that they were even there. BEST thing: instant chat with very knowledgeable and friendly tech support.
