customer service is fast and EXTREMELY helpful. I am ver impressed. Thea help in solve every issue which was really only because i just downloaded the app and did not feel like reading to find out what i did wrong. She was very helpful

Thea was great in helping me figure out how to use this app more efficiently. She even noticed things that I was doing double the work on when adding new products. She helped me choose the best sync feature to help me manage my inventory better.

A life saver!! Customer service is quick & very helpful. This app Saves me hours everyday, trying manually align inventory. The app was also able to transfer all my product pictures (thousands) which if you know, this is a hard task when switching platforms. Very affordable pricing considering the time its saving me!

Joseph was super helpful with transferring my store from Square to Shopify. I would highly recommend this app it was super easy to use and quick of getting all of the products transferred.

Normie was so incredibly helpful :-) I needed some guidance and Normie went above and beyond in assisting me, and taking care to be polite and professional. We use it to sync our Square and Shopify inventories and it works well. Customer service is prompt, friendly, and helpful - Joseph helped us right away when we had an issue with syncing.

Customer service was exceptional- some of the best I've seen. Joseph and Normie but were super helpful & responsive. They hooked me up with a zoom call a few hours after making the account. Highly recommended. The software works awesome as well & is easy to use.

Saves us hours of work every week. No need to update inventory in shopify or square. You can choose to have Shopify or Square be the source for inventory. It also lets you sync customer data. Lifesaver of an app if you want to use the best point of sale platform and the best ecommerce platform together.

I cannot say enough good words about this app and the support that I received while learning to use it. Any time I had a question, Thea Kristel Sanchez was right there to assist me. She basically "held my hand" as I synced my Square and Shopify accounts. I love this app and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends!! Awesome. Best experience with tech help yet and entering inventory. I actually walked away and did other tasks needing attention while he watched that everything got properly uploaded to my store. When something is done when you get back, in business, without your own delegation or micro management...it feels amazing. Thank you for the help!
