It's was a easy set up. The trick is to make sure all the locations match. Mohamed Hussein with SQ Sync was very helpfull and helped keep me on track. So far it's working as intended.

Mohamed Hussein was incredibly helpful. He synced my full inventory over to square and I am so thankful, as I had no idea how to do this myself.

I really love the system, I always contact support Joseph he always helped me with all the help I needed he is the best helper always, and I was not able to sync all my product to square I finally sync everything I am so happy with joseph helped. OMG, the customer service her is AMAZING! Angelica from the app chat came on and I thought it was a robot at first.. but no! It was a live person and she helped me so much and gave so much information to help me get situated. She is amazing!

Joseph was great at helping me set up a seamless sync between my Square in store POS and our Shopify website. He was patient and allowed me to work on other things away from the computer while he worked on our product upload and sync (over 5,000 items!) I'm excited to see how the app will work, but so far very happy with the level of customer service we've received. :)

i just started using the app and ran into some issues regarding syncing multiple locations. Angelica has been very helpful and patient walking me through the steps to get everything in order. So far have been able to get everything working with the help of their customer service.
