We needed this app to sync our Shopify inventory to our Square POS. Early days, but sync has happened successfully and now it's time to put it to the test! Set up was simple and Angelica was awesome in setting us up, answering our many questions, and guiding us every step of the way. Looking forward to giving it a proper test out now.

Unfortunately, Shopify's hardware is either non-existent or non-functioning. I had to switch to square for my POS system, but needed something easy though would sync my products in real time. So far, Square Sync has been a little tricky to start up, but customer service has been helping. Great experience so far. Hopefully, I'll be up and running again soon!

I was having issues syncing my website and Omar was very quick to walk me through it and tell me things about my account I wasn't aware of. HUGE help for someone who isn't tech savy.

I use this app to update inventory between Shopify and Square. I ran into the issue of inventory not aligning properly between the two apps. Reached out to customer service and they were very helpful

I had a issue with my inventory not syncing due to my own fault and customer service was quick to help and get my inventory realigned properly.

So far so good! Set up was easy and pretty quick. The few issues/questions I had were quickly resolved via the support chat box. I love it when it's super easy to contact support, and that is definitely the case here! They were super helpful.

Incredible app, there is nothing else like this out there with the functionality and ease to toggle between these two apps. Many of us as merchants use Shopify for online e-commerce, and find themselves liking the functionality of square for trade shows. This has helped merge the gap for us and allow us to keep an accurate inventory without worrying about discrepancies. Would recommend.

This App is great, it has made syncing our 3500+ online catalogue to our showroom super easy and ensured when we sold something in store it adjusts the stock out. Not having to enter products manually in to square again is a game changer! We had some minor barcoding issues to sort out and Tony and the team found a solution and made the custom adjustments for us. Love Square Sync!

Inventory management is key to managing a fast growing business. This App, although not perfect, has assisted us to keep track of our stock levels. We did encounter a significant functionality issue recently and this is where customer service can test the relationship. If you have dealings with Joseph, you can be confident that he will go above and beyond to actually solve the problem. Courteous, diligent and professional - he’s the man for when it turns south!

I loved this app. We are mainly concern with Shopify and Square qty sync, and this app made easy for us. Support team were always available for any questions or technical issue. Highly recommended!!

After much testing with the sync of Shopify and Square qty and products, I am very impressed with this app. I would recommend it to anyone trying to sync in REALTIME Shopify and Square products and qty. Very easy to use and does exactly what it says.

My client was migrating from Square to Shopify and we used the App to first migrate the Square product data over to Shopify. We then used it to keep the Shopify store inventory current as we ran parallel until the Shopify store was live. The customer service is top-notch, which is rare today. We always dealt with one person, so there was always continuity.
