Khaled and the rest of the staff, that I have had a pleasure to work with whether it be over the phone or by chat, have been thee absolute best. I dealt w/Khaled plenty of times and I must say...he is very very kind and very very helpful. I had some issues and Khaled was always willing to help me out, no matter what. Anybody would be lucky to have this guy on their team. He's all about helping others out and he has helped me out tremendously. THANK YOU so much, Khaled. You are the best, sir!

I'm still fresh in using the application so I may need to update this review later but the initial setup and CS is great. Easy to use interface and the assistance I needed was handled by Omar with lightning speed. If the rest of the process continues like this it's a winner.

QuickSync helped me integrate my platforms together with minimal headache very glad I found this app will definitely continue to use. 10/10 Customer service as well.

I've been onboarding and while there's platform specific nuances for Etsy, Shopify, and eBay, Omar from the customer team has been stellar and incredibly helpful. I've been working with them for a while now to sync our inventory and Omar has gone above and beyond to ensure I am successfully onboarded.

Omar was very. helpful in answering all the questions. Unfortunately this app does not have selective order syncing yet so not helpful for us if a retailer sells many different brands and we only want dropship orders for our brand only. Hopefully they get this in future.
