Omar was very helpful and patient with me helping me to fix my shipping profile to help me save money. This is one of the few apps that has a live chat to help you if you have issues. It is a great resource for Shopify.

So far so good. The customer service is very responsive. Khaled answered my question right away via their chat app, and was receptive to my feedback. I get the impression they are trying to do a good job for their users.

Joseph was a really big help when i needed to merge my products to my POS square register, he guided me all through the way, he was also very patient, he answered all of my questions, he was very detailed and well explained. His knowledge was very maculate and understandable. Everything was fixed by him. Very excellent customer service from his part, also provided me his email if i had any further questions, and this is beyond customer service. Excellent job joseph, high five to you.

Khaled has been extremely helpful in setting up the QuickSync app. I had troubles getting our two platforms (Square and Shopify) to sync, but Khaled has found a resolution. He has been a huge part of our success!

We have used this app when integrating our Shopify store to Square's POS solution. It works wonders. 10/10 recommend. Extremely fast and competent customer service. Especially with Jayson, who answered in detail, fast and was able to solve a major issue.

Probadly the best customer service ever, helpful,patience , and really makes you feel like you dont have to rush, they give you all of their time to help, im not tech savy, and having the step by step process given to me, by joseph is amazing.

I am just starting with this app but so far I can give a raving review for their customer service, specifically Arianne. She was amazing and walked me through the entire process of syncing my Shopify store to Square. I literally couldn't have done it without her. The set up was a little glitchy at first but Arianne stuck with me and worked it all out. Very impressed with her skills and with the app as a whole. Lots more to learn but if this is the way they handle all their customers' concerns then I'm in!
