I've looked for a long time to find an app that syncs pictures. This one is it. It works wonderfully and the support is amazing!

Omar has been exceptional. I am new to inventory management and all that goes with it - Omar walks me through what needs to be done, in addition to answering some of my more complicated questions. The customer service in general is very quick and responsive. Additionally, I often have to leave mid conversation because I have a 4 month old - Omar and the team always follow up via email, keeping me updated on everything. Definitely recommend.

Khaled is awesome! He went above and beyond to help me get my account set up. He patiently waited for me to work through any errors and made suggestions for an improved experience along the way. I'm all set now.

I spent the whole day trying to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop-it didn't work. A frustrated me watched so many videos on YouTube, trying to figure out the solution. I came by a video that talked about Quicksync and Ownbase. I decided to go with Quicksync because it made more sense, and had better options ( real time syncing). So I downloaded the app on myShopify and proceeded to sync my products. Then I had a problem with the TikTok category settings. The products would not show on TikTok until I review the default categories. I was stuck , I didn't know how to proceed. There and then I received an instant message from Normie asking me if I needed help. Boy! Was I relieved. Normie was wonderful, this angel walked me through the whole process, and ended up helping me finishing up the job. This was truly 5 star service. Thank you Normie and Quicksync for your help.
