The app is incredibly user-friendly, and everything updates automatically, so I don’t have to worry about managing two platforms at once. What really stands out, though, is the amazing customer service. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with setup, their team has been quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. They even followed up to ensure I was happy with the solution. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and are committed to providing top-notch support. If you’re running both Etsy and Shopify, I highly recommend this app. The functionality is flawless, and the customer service is outstanding!"

Excellent Assistance with Import from Clover to shopify 5 J. BLEU BEAUTY August 24, 2024 I was working on trying to load items in shopify the agent began to chat with me an informed me that he could do the import for me. I was thrilled to learn this because that is time consuming to do. Great help Joseph

I had a great experience with Quicksync! The customer service representatives, Gasser and Arianne, were incredibly friendly and responded quickly to all my inquiries. They were patient and helped me resolve my issues efficiently. The overall interface is user-friendly and simple to navigate. Although the sync process can be a bit slow at times, it’s still much faster than similar products I’ve used. Most importantly, it never misses any information during synchronization. I highly recommend Quicksync!

Joseph took such great care of us and our store! he made using the transition quick and easy, adding tips and enabling helpful features to get us running on shopify and transitioned over immediately. I can not say anything kinder about how awesome and quick he was!

So far at least. Seems to do what it says. Customer service seems great so far. They had a rep IM me right when I was getting started, so very proactive in offering their support. And my customer service rep, Khaled, was extremely knowledgable on the features and even with Shopify itself. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support.
