Terrible functionality, even worse support. I'm wondering if this is a scam and the reviews are fake?

Surya was finally able to explain why some items were not able to be moved to Square. Once we knew why, it was a very simple fix. This app seems to be more reliable at adjusting inventory both ways once its set up. Other apps used for the same purpose have unexpectedly quit. So far so good with this one!
