Hem was absolutely amazing and great to work with. He provided exceptional customer service and was able to help me out with our multiple DPL programs and interfaces. This will solve a HUGE problem that we were facing and save us hundreds of hours in operational time and frustration. We hope we can work with him again if any other problems arise! I've been using this app for several months now, and I can say it's flawless and really simple to use. The most important thing to do is set up from the start which system is the slave and which is the master, after that it's plain sailing, even images are transferred, updates are in real time, new products are transferred with literally a couple of clicks, this app literally saves me hours of work. It's worth more than 5 stars

It was the people behind it. Support can often feel robotic, but here it felt personal. Kusum guided me with patience through a setup I thought would take days, and Krishna W stepped in with clear, practical solutions when I hit a technical snag.
