I just started using this app for my small business and so far it's a 5 out of 5! It was really easy to set up and my employees are really excited to use the app at home to view their schedules and hours! I love that I can do so many things from this app and the team at EasyTeam has been wonderful so far! (Shoutout Peter) I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to streamline their payroll/scheduling needs.

I love the ease of this app in my Shopify menu. It makes it easy for my employee to clock in/out. I can check her hours anywhere I am and I can't wait to have a reason to use other features!

We've had an outstanding experience with this app. It effortlessly manages the clock-ins and clock-outs for our entire team, boasting impressive speed. In addition to tracking time, we utilize its scheduling features and have recently started leveraging its commission functionalities. The customer support team has been nothing short of phenomenal. Having tested two other apps on Shopify, I can confidently say that this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you're in the retail industry and in search of an efficient tool, this is the app we wholeheartedly recommend. 5 Stars for Hanna all day, every day. She is so dedicated to helping with whatever problem I have had, from learning the program, to adding new staff, to helping set up commission plans on every store we have on shopify! Today, Hanna spent at least 2 hours (likely more) with me getting links for employees to be able to log in to their accounts, helping with commissions and how to attribute to an employee. We love that EasyTeam has the option to attribute sales to staff on the shopify POS and look forward to future updates. I cannot praise Hanna enough. She has always been so helpful and attentive; I sincerely enjoy working with her. Thank you Hanna!!

Peter was super helpful with answering many questions that I had regarding charges and where to find billing info. He was patient and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. We communicated using the chat feature and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't stuck chatting with a bot. Overall, using the EasyTeam app has been straight forward and easy to integrate with our Shopify POS. Would recommend!

Super prompt and very helpful assistance! We recently downloaded the app to test out to implement with our team and all our questions have been answered within 15 minutes of browsing the app.

This app has a lot of potential which the developers can change. Features which would be helpful - Employees can request days off in advance. - Repeating shifts. - Having a group chat / work chat. - Being able to type in the time instead of having to scroll between am/pm + time. - Pricing can be slightly cheaper if multiple users ( ex. 5,10,15) are there.

Hanna is great at customer service however the app itself can be very slow letting employees clock in and in the short amount of time I have used it needs to be rebooted often which can be a issue if I am not in the store at the time, leads to me needing to manually edit time clocks on a regular basis.
