had an update issue with clocking in and out on POS. Peter helped me very quickly and I was back up and running !

The app is all-encompassing, and our store Rainbow Jo uses it for multi purposes. I needed help with the Staff Management function, and Natalie from customer support was awesome! She gave me the solution that eluded me yesterday, and I was easily able to install the updated time clock tile. Great help on-the-spot! Phyllis for Rainbow Jo

It is indeed easy! If you are looking for an easy way for employers to clockin on phones, tablets, desktops or all of the above, this is the app for you. Plus the customer service is fantastic, specifically Natalie!

Great service, easy to use app. Only feature we could use is ability to adjust start time for a shift in progress.

Emily was kind, courteous, and resourceful. Before I could even figure out what was happening; she had already resolved my issue and had a team member added to my system. give her a raise, already!

Glad we chose EasyTeam. The app is easy to set up, roll-out and for my staff to use. The support we get from Emily has been phenomenal - no question is too small and responses are immediate! Highly recommend :)
