MontiiCo review for Starshipit shipping automation

We moved our warehouse onto Starshipit WMS in September and it’s been one of the best operational decisions we’ve made. What really stands out is the team behind it. In the six weeks since going live, Starshipit has rolled out close to 50 new features and improvements for us. A lot of these came straight from conversations about how our warehouse runs day to day and the turnaround has been really impressive. We’d flag a gap in our operational flow or something that the team was having to work around and before long it was built, tested and live. Millie, Monique, Celine and Jordan have been amazing. They’re patient, quick to respond and really care about getting things right for us. They listen, ask the right questions and always follow through. We’ve never felt like just another ticket in the queue. If you’re after a WMS that works well with Shopify and keeps getting better, I can’t recommend Starshipit enough. The platform is solid, but it’s the support team that really sets them apart.
