I’m really happy I found this app! It does exactly what I needed for my website. Being able to update and email customers based on their order type is a game changer. The app was easy to set up and support answered my question quickly. Since adding it to my store, I’ve received many compliments from customers. Highly recommend!

Does what it says on the tin! This has been a great app for me, which I use for a tracking service from start to finish and really does help keep the customers informed which has reduced my admin/ customer service time. I have been able to get time back to work on the business and not just emailing with updates. Takes a bit of setting up, but it's worth it in the long run. Also Daryl is just as responsive as the other reviews say, he really cares about this app & his customers and is quick to resolve any teething issue, even user error issue (whoops, thanks).

Been using for more than a year. Because of my business' specific, this app is my must have to keep my customers posted. The support is outstanding, albeit you can manage everything by yourself.

This app has great features- custom statuses, ability to automate, internal-only statuses, option to notify the customer or not, etc. We are very much enjoying the app! It runs smoothly, and the support team is wonderful and responsive.

Nos dedicamos a la venta y fabricación de artículos personalizados y el poder tener un buen control de estados y tener informado de forma correcta a nuestros clientes de forma personalizada es espectacular, hemos probado muchas hasta dar con esta maravilla. Es muy simple pero sencilla y fácil de manejar, es una app que sirve para aquellas tiendas que necesiten máximo control y un nivel de detalle y cuidado en la forma en que se comunican con sus clientes :) gracias y esperamos que funcione durante mucho tiempo.

This app has been a life saver for our team! Daryl was super helpful on setup and getting it exactly where we needed to operate. The customer service is on top of it and quick to answer any questions or fix any issues we may experience due to user error. :)

We’ve had no issues using the app—it’s stable, intuitive, and very well designed. It has given us clear visibility on every step of our order process, which makes it much easier to keep both our team and customers updated. There are some little hiccups with orders not updating straight away (such as tags getting stuck in one state and not changing when the status is updated) but aside from this, the app is excellent! It does everything we need it to, in a straight forward and clean layout that is accessible and user friendly. The support team are fantastic too!

I have been looking for an app like this for months! Thank God the creator commented on a Shopify forum. Unlimited customizable statuses even just at the $9 rate is such a generous feature to have considering other apps only give you like up to 3 customizable statuses and you have to pay more than $9. Also this is so crazy easy to use. Amazing! Thank you Daryl Shannon!

Love StatusPro, very easy to use and intuitive UI. Also the service is great! Super easy to talk to, quick response and very helpful! I asked a pretty dumb question as well so very patient too haha. :)
