I have been looking for an app like this for months! Thank God the creator commented on a Shopify forum. Unlimited customizable statuses even just at the $9 rate is such a generous feature to have considering other apps only give you like up to 3 customizable statuses and you have to pay more than $9. Also this is so crazy easy to use. Amazing! Thank you Daryl Shannon!

Love StatusPro, very easy to use and intuitive UI. Also the service is great! Super easy to talk to, quick response and very helpful! I asked a pretty dumb question as well so very patient too haha. :)

excellent app couldn't ask for more. only one I found that works as needed, phenomenal set up and works great. For those who sell items which are custom and go through a production process, you can automate notifying customers as it goes through each stage of production, reducing tickets and customers not knowing what's happening with their order, even if you told them it takes 6 weeks for example and it's 3 weeks in, they want to know. This app allows our customers to check the status of their order anytime, and the date and time it went through each stage in the past, as well as its current stage.

One of the best apps out there when you need to notify customers on order progress without emailing them. Daryl has been very helpful. It has helped reduce the " what is the status of my order? , "when will it arrive?" questions down 96%. I am very thankful.

There is a few similar apps for status timelines, but this is without a doubt the best I've found. Very clean interface, no bs setup, and very high end UI for the end user. Thank you!

Status Pro allows me to automate all the messaging, confirmations and status for my third party fulfillment clients. The cost is quite reasonable and the tech support is excellent. They will even customize for you. Makes my third party fulfillment so much easier.

Excellent addition to our store. Having a bespoke product, our lead times are quite long, i was spending massive amounts of time answering peoples requests for updates. These request have fallen by around 90% since instal. allowing customers to see where there order is up to without having to get in touch is a god send. The app is incredibly easy to set up and use. Any questions ive had have been answered very quickly.

Daryl and his team are a pleasure to work with. I’ve been working with Daryl for several years now, starting when I was first introduced to his Docamatic app. He’s always quick to respond to emails and consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate feature requests. This app is incredible!! So simple to use and setup, and any questions we had the developer Daryl was exceptionally speedy and gave step by step help. We integrated this with our ERP system as we manufacture furniture, so we wanted give updates as to orders were started in factory as well complete. We did this by tagging the orders as they went throgub different trigger points. So far working like a charm and has cut down our customer queries on where there order is and when can they receive it
