StatusPro ‑ Order Status

En nuestro caso una app indispensable, la posibilidad de poner tus propios estados, poder incluirlo en la pagina de estado del pedido de una forma tan buena y configurar los emails y poder asociarlos es algo perfecto y necesario. Nos dedicamos a la venta y fabricación de artículos personalizados y el poder tener un buen control de estados y tener informado de forma correcta a nuestros clientes de forma personalizada es espectacular, hemos probado muchas hasta dar con esta maravilla. Es muy simple pero sencilla y fácil de manejar, es una app que sirve para aquellas tiendas que necesiten máximo control y un nivel de detalle y cuidado en la forma en que se comunican con sus clientes :) gracias y esperamos que funcione durante mucho tiempo.

There are some little hiccups with orders not updating straight away (such as tags getting stuck in one state and not changing when the status is updated) but aside from this, the app is excellent! It does everything we need it to, in a straight forward and clean layout that is accessible and user friendly. The support team are fantastic too!

I have been looking for an app like this for months! Thank God the creator commented on a Shopify forum. Unlimited customizable statuses even just at the $9 rate is such a generous feature to have considering other apps only give you like up to 3 customizable statuses and you have to pay more than $9. Also this is so crazy easy to use. Amazing! Thank you Daryl Shannon!

Amazing service. Daryl is able to find solutions quickly and response time is absolutely one of the the best I've ever seen. We were able to tailor this software around our business which provides our customers full transparency of their order. They are able to see the exact status of their order and with the built in API, we were able to automate lead times and status's directly from our manufacturer updates. More importantly, the APP always works. No down time, no bugs , just seamless flow.

excellent app couldn't ask for more. only one I found that works as needed, phenomenal set up and works great. For those who sell items which are custom and go through a production process, you can automate notifying customers as it goes through each stage of production, reducing tickets and customers not knowing what's happening with their order, even if you told them it takes 6 weeks for example and it's 3 weeks in, they want to know. This app allows our customers to check the status of their order anytime, and the date and time it went through each stage in the past, as well as its current stage.
