Gina and her incredible team have been nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, care, and ongoing support we’ve received as a client goes far beyond what you typically experience with a subscription platform. Charles is the best Customer Success Manager ever! He always replies to my emails promptly and provides clear steps on how to accomplish what I asked. He even offers to jump on calls with me to walk me through it.

Switching over from recurly, we’ve had a great experience using Stay AI so far. It’s become one of those apps we rely on daily. The forecasting tools are incredibly helpful for planning inventory and understanding upcoming demand — it’s taken a lot of guesswork out of growth decisions. The ad-on link option and URL builder are also standout features for us. They make it easy to launch campaigns with clean, trackable links and see what’s actually driving conversions. What really sets Stay AI apart though is the customer support. The team (shoutout Chris) is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions or need setup help. If you’re running a Shopify store and want better forecasting, smoother ad tracking, and great support, I’d definitely recommend giving Stay AI a try.
