We have been using Qoblex for the past five months, and while it takes time to fully integrate any new system, we are pleased with its progress. This system seamlessly connects with both our online platform and our accounting package, which is incredibly beneficial and user-friendly. The support team has been brilliant throughout our implementation process. We are especially grateful to Yazid and his team for their dedication and email support as we learned to navigate Qoblex. They consistently provide assistance until all issues are resolved. Yazid also guided us to ensure a smooth syncing process between our systems. We are very happy to have a functional stock system, with only two of five implementation steps remaining and still so much to learn about the system. We highly recommend Qoblex as an inventory management system.

We have been using Qoblex for about 6 years or more... Its packed with features and programs; from a huge range of analytical reports to sophisticated Sales model. We run a multi-location operation with manufacturing, sales across 3 of our own stores, and fulfilling for numerous other vendors. Qoblex has made this all possible for me to manage from 1 software application. Works excellently with Shopify. The stand out feature is the swift and friendly customer service.

This plug in works great for our manufacturing business. The set up was really simple and is very customizable where required. Building BOMS, tracking costs and inventory is all really easy. The reporting is great and new features are constantly been added. Customer service has always been quick, for both simple and complicated questions and the team are very friendly and personalized and you can see their dedication to making this ap a success. We now can't be without it!

A basic inventory app should do basic things, and an inventory app should do a few more advanced things. For instance, if you have back orders in for customer sales and then you receive inventory in from suppliers, the inventory management system should tell you which orders can now be fulfilled as stock is available. This doesn't, which for us makes it useless.

If you need reliable inventory management for your Shopify store(s) and syncing of Sales & Purchase Orders to Xero, then this is the best App. We have been using Qoblex for many years, starting from a simple setup and, over time, utilizing more and more features, so we know from experience that Qoblex is a rock-solid solution for our inventory needs. The Qoblex team is also very active in developing their platform, there are new features & improvements released on a frequent basis. And most importantly, it's backed by a fantastic support team that listens and comes up with solutions.

If this program worked us then it would be five stars. It was easy to use and worked perfectly with our business model and inventory. However, that wasn't the case. As time went on, it worked less and less. When we decided to give up, we couldn't even change our build of materials for products we've had since the beginning. That's only one of the many issues we had. Every update seemed to destroy our ability to use it more and more. In the beginning, our main problem is that it would, without us touching it, edit how much inventory individual items had. In the beginning we would manually change the numbers to correct the changes that the program made, now, after this last update, we can't even do that. Initially, it made it so our inventory was NEVER accurate, but in the end we had no choice but to give up. We tried reaching out to tech support for both this program and Shopify (even having a three way call), and they both just blamed each other for why this was happening. Also, even with screenshots, they'd never actually answer the questions we had, just using a generic answer that didn't solve the problem we were having. We actually gave up after a while and just kept doing our best to deal with the problems knowing that our inventory wouldn't be accurate until we did a manual inventory. We have switched programs hoping that this fixes our inventory problem. We don't know for sure if it was all this program, but neither of them helped us get anywhere. All we know is that products that weren't even in Shopify (which may have been a problem in itself) would edit themselves in terms of inventory. Again, we don't know how much Shopify was involved in this, but there were many problems that arose just in Quoblex itself making it impossible to use the program. We were very disappointed and wanted to let anyone else having these problems know that you're not alone.

Hi Lisa, My name is Tahar, I am the CEO and Cofounder of Qoblex (formerly known as Stock&Buy) I understand you had issues with our systems and as a longtime customer, I wanted to personally reach out to understand what went wrong and explore how we might assist, even if you’ve transitioned to another solution. I called you three weeks ago to figure out if we can book a live call to look into your account but I have not received an answer yet. Qoblex is the backbone of all customers we work with, and we take operational issues like those you faced very seriously. I gathered the team and ran a postmortem on your account to get to the bottom of it and I wanted to share my findings with you: Since you joined us 3 years ago, you submitted a total of 7 support tickets. The most recent one was from five months ago, September 10th 2024. The issue was related to our adjustment module setting your inventory levels instead of adjustmenting them. You were mainly concerned about product SKUs "Y 4 LT OX" and "Y 4 BRN HEAT". Our support engineer Nico responded the same day, sharing that the system didn’t execute the inventory adjustment because the “Add” operation was selected instead of “Set.” We followed up three days later to confirm resolution but didn’t receive a response, so the ticket was closed. Regarding the call you mentioned with Shopify, we reviewed our records thoroughly and did not find any instance of a call involving our team, Shopify, and your account. I participate in all calls involving the Shopify team and our U.S.-based customers, as I am in a closer time zone, and actively oversee such discussions to ensure swift resolutions. It’s possible this call may have involved another provider. If you have additional details, I’d be happy to review them further to clarify any confusion. I’d genuinely value the opportunity to connect with you to understand the full scope of the issues you faced. Even if you’ve chosen a different solution, I’d be happy to offer my expertise in Shopify, ERP, and inventory management to help address any ongoing challenges. Great experience with Qoblex, Tahar and the team are willing to help with all of my queries and action changes based on our conversations. I have found the forecasting side of Qoblex very helpful for my business so I can determine exactly what products (and the quantities) that I need to order. I am also happy with the supplier purchase orders module, I am able to easily keep track of everything I have ordered and what items have been ordered. Highly recommend this app!

Stock and Buy is a game changer, it has made it possible for my business to operate and without it we would have outgrown shopify many moons ago. It offers a very robust inventory module that allows us to keep control of our inventory, costing and sell through price to help create a more cohesive shopping experience for our end user. My favorite feature is the intuitive dashboard which encapsulates many aspects of my business without having to drill down through endless menus. Tahar and his team are very responsive and have always found solutions to any issue that has come up. Lastly, for the year plus we have been using stock and buy the amount of new and updated features are true testaments to the innovation and continued growth this software is constantly creating.

We use Stock and Buy to integrate Shopify with our Xero accounting software. This is an excellent product that takes care of ensuring our stock is tracked, all of the accounting postings happen correctly and everything is synchronised across our core operating platforms. Excellent support provided as well. Highly recommended.

When I was first switching from an alternative product that I had used for several years I felt daunted by the potentially steep learning curve, that I would need to learn and adapt quickly. Some weeks later, having got through the stress of change I found the app worked well, that new workflows all made sense, and that the support had been excellent. Having spent some time researching I couldn't find a comparable alternative that wasn't hugely more expensive and if you want to integrate Shopify and Xero I'm not even sure what else you would consider. Having now been using the app for close to 2 years I have seen how the incremental changes through feature updates have continued to improve the app but by far the most striking thing is how constant the quality of support has remained. Out of curiosity I read the single negative review and based on my experience I would be completely on the side of S&B. While their reply does come over a bit "frustrated" what they have described as having done I find completely believable. They really are that great team and seem committed to providing quality support and a great product.

I was seeking a software solution to integrate our multiple online stores, ebay presence, multiple physical stores and despatch as well integrating all this to our Xero instance. I trialled several solutions, then quite by accident, i stumbled across Stock&Buy. My trial went smoothly, quickly intgrating three shopify stores, our physical stock locations and integration to Xero. Perfect. No piece of software or app will fully meet expectations out of the box. Stock & Buy came pretty close to what we wanted but more importantly showed us the solution we needed. When you add to this the swift support responses and resolutions (often within hours) to set up questions, integration glitches and similar support related items, we know we made a good choice. Added to this is the response to 'wish list' items. Over the set up period, i asked about certain features that would be useful and make the integration of online and real world business go more smoothly. I was often given examples of how other businesses had handled these questions, but most pleasantly surprising, was on many occasions, new features popped up. I actively engaged with Stock&Buy in terms of requesting features, even providing screen shots of what i had in mind and again to my pleasant surprise, some of these became features in the last few weeks. Combining shopify with Stock&Buy we have even opened our first fully integrated 'live' ebay store. Tahar and the crew at Stock&Buy are super supportive, positive and provide assistance of the highest standard. I cant wait to see how the platform develops further!

We've been using this for over a year now - it's really easy to use, intuitive, and the numerous integrations we have work seamlessly with S&B. Support is fantastic. Queries are answered within a few hours and they've built a really comprehensive Help Centre which was a great help during the set up process. The only thing I'd wish for is a larger bank of integrations, which I understand is on their roadmap. We have WooCommerce and Amazon stores that aren't currently compatible with S&B, so means the inventory management of these stores is still manual.
