When I was first switching from an alternative product that I had used for several years I felt daunted by the potentially steep learning curve, that I would need to learn and adapt quickly. Some weeks later, having got through the stress of change I found the app worked well, that new workflows all made sense, and that the support had been excellent. Having spent some time researching I couldn't find a comparable alternative that wasn't hugely more expensive and if you want to integrate Shopify and Xero I'm not even sure what else you would consider. Having now been using the app for close to 2 years I have seen how the incremental changes through feature updates have continued to improve the app but by far the most striking thing is how constant the quality of support has remained. Out of curiosity I read the single negative review and based on my experience I would be completely on the side of S&B. While their reply does come over a bit "frustrated" what they have described as having done I find completely believable. They really are that great team and seem committed to providing quality support and a great product.

I was seeking a software solution to integrate our multiple online stores, ebay presence, multiple physical stores and despatch as well integrating all this to our Xero instance. I trialled several solutions, then quite by accident, i stumbled across Stock&Buy. My trial went smoothly, quickly intgrating three shopify stores, our physical stock locations and integration to Xero. Perfect. No piece of software or app will fully meet expectations out of the box. Stock & Buy came pretty close to what we wanted but more importantly showed us the solution we needed. When you add to this the swift support responses and resolutions (often within hours) to set up questions, integration glitches and similar support related items, we know we made a good choice. Added to this is the response to 'wish list' items. Over the set up period, i asked about certain features that would be useful and make the integration of online and real world business go more smoothly. I was often given examples of how other businesses had handled these questions, but most pleasantly surprising, was on many occasions, new features popped up. I actively engaged with Stock&Buy in terms of requesting features, even providing screen shots of what i had in mind and again to my pleasant surprise, some of these became features in the last few weeks. Combining shopify with Stock&Buy we have even opened our first fully integrated 'live' ebay store. Tahar and the crew at Stock&Buy are super supportive, positive and provide assistance of the highest standard. I cant wait to see how the platform develops further!

We've been using this for over a year now - it's really easy to use, intuitive, and the numerous integrations we have work seamlessly with S&B. Support is fantastic. Queries are answered within a few hours and they've built a really comprehensive Help Centre which was a great help during the set up process. The only thing I'd wish for is a larger bank of integrations, which I understand is on their roadmap. We have WooCommerce and Amazon stores that aren't currently compatible with S&B, so means the inventory management of these stores is still manual.

I, Like a lot of people have been looking for a way to manage my inventory and Xero sync all in one and accurately. I was initially hesitant about the cost of Stock & Buy so decided to do the trial and demo. Honestly, this app has saved me soooo much time in inventory management and accounting. Just the simple aspect of syncing COGS and Purchase orders into Xero has made the world of difference, no more double entry or mistakes! Tahar's personal service and willingness to take on feedback has been very refreshing. I no longer feel like I'm in this online world alone having to fend for myself, the Stock & Buy team are actively making this app better and better with no end in sight. Support has been quick and efficient ensuring I can focus on running my business in a pandemic! Thank you Tahar and the wider team, you have truely changed my business practices for the better!

We primarily use this app for keeping track of our product buy pricing as well as stock on hand. Tahar tends to be quick to respond and bug fixes are fast when they are pointed out to the team. Great job guys and keep it up

Amazing app and a must-have if you are running a Shopify e-commerce business. It has made my life so much easier and saved me so much time. All my data is now 100% accurate thanks to Stock & Buy and I can now easily keep control of my stock in real time to ensure I never run out. It takes all the hard work out of managing stock. The price of this app is very competitive. It was all very easy to set up and is so simple to run. 5 star customer service and Tahar was so helpful in helping me set it all up and answering any questions.

The small team behind the app are driven to keep improving the service and quickly respond to feature requests, bug fixes, and general questions. It is also a very competitive price when compared to the more established alternatives.

Incredibly happy we switched to Stock & Buy. We're still in the early days of figuring out the full extent of what it can do for us, but already, to be able to see our allocated stock clearly, has overnight given our business so much more insight. Tahar and his team have also gone above and beyond with their customer service and done some custom work for us too. Five star serive and support.

I've been using the app to manage inventory in 2 Shopify Stores that use different currencies and it's been a game changer. Also, Tahar has offered quick support with all the setup and making sure everything works out correctly. Really looking forward to the Quickbooks' integration as well as syncing language specific fields. Excellent job. Highly recommended :D

After 20 years as a developer and 5 years working with Shopify I can genuinely say Stock&Buy has one of the best teams focused on their App that I have ever interfaced with. I put in a feature request that our accounting team needed in order to move our Inventory Management over to Stock&Buy — received a commitment from Stock&Buy to complete the feature and here I am less than one month later with the feature complete. Developing Shopify apps is not easy and these guys make it seem like a piece of cake. If I could put them to work full time on my projects I 100% would — since that's not possible, I'll just move all my clients / projects to Stock&Buy ASAP to take advantage. Great work guys.

Amazing how fast and seamlessly it starts working. All product fields and orders sync in a flash perfectly. It took just a few clicks and already it was tracking my inventory. Adds some must-have features for any e-commerce business compared to native shopify.

We have been using Stock&Buy to help with the running of 10+ Shopify sites including both made to order, and stock inventory. Our main goal was to allow staff, in different locations, to always have correct stock on hand figures. However, the integration with Xero also cut down administration. As a small business, ultimately the decision to move away from Stock&Buy was purely cost related. The functionality is more than adequate , and the customer support is second to none, being super responsive to questions, and suggestions.

We have various Shopify stores using the same inventory and we use Stock&Buy to sync stocks. The app works perfect and Tahar is always there when we have a question or problem. I would recommend this app without any hesitation.
