Support is getting a joke. CHAT is managed by AI and when it says "I'll transfer you to support team" it get stuck. Then emails are apparently managed to AI too and they ask for screenshots but they cannot get them. BASICALLY IS A JOKE. FRUSTRATING IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW FRUSTRAAATIIING. Such a pity. Guys... what are you doing??? The app is a life saver. Sometimes there are some issues since the task that the app is doing is a pretty complex one. Anyway the team is always ready to help. Sometimes it needs a couple of extra message (and extra day) to escalate the issue to a person that actually can solve it but at the end they always do! Thank you for the great app.
