Hi Mezzo Fashion, We apologise for the inconvenience regarding the email feed issue. Upon checking, the issue appears to be caused by your SMTP server being unavailable/down at the moment. Since the connection relies on your SMTP server, we’re unable to resolve this issue from our side. To proceed, you may need to restore the SMTP service or switch to an alternative SMTP server/provider. Once the server is available again, the email feed should function normally. Al app siempre funcionó correctamente y agregan actualizaciones de manera constante. Mi feed cambió de formato debido a una actualización en nuestro ERP y el mismo no era compatible. Me contacté con soporte y en menos de 24 hs sumar la compatibilidad con dicho formato. Realmente quedé sorprendido por la buena voluntad!!!

A neccessity for every website!! Support was there for me when needed and i'm not tech savy at all!! Highly reccomend!!

The app is really good, but the support is exceptional. I had a really complex problem, and the support was really dedicated and worked tirelessly to help me resolve it. I really want to thank them for their help.
