I've used this app for 3 different websites and started with the older version. I love the improvements and new look. Much easier to work with although some parameter input is still hard to understand. Tech support is always quick and helpful and answers all of my questions, or solves the problem. I highly recommend this app for both inventory management and adding and removing inventory to your store.

Very useful to add and update products, the prices are also very flexible and fair, the support team is really helpful despite being clearly very busy.

The app works well, and as soon as we have any questions, the app team is quick on problem solving. They've went out of their scope to allow us to sync one particular customer, in adition to giving us the answer to our problem. If you need to syncronise your inventory to your dealers/dropshippers, I higly suggest you to try this app.

Stock Sync is working quite well. Havent had any problems the last 4 years. When our warehouse made some changes to the api, Faz from the support team was quick in helping us out.

This team knows what they are doing, but there is much information to wade through. Even though they don't always have the quickest response times, they make up for it with their desire to make sure everything is correct and flows smoothly. Sometimes it is better to be patient and make sure everything is set right for what you want to do. One button or switch in the wrong position can change the whole output of your site. There is a learning curve, but the amount of time saved and the output quality far outweighs the learning experience.

The app is not friendly and there are no youtube videos. The only videos you see are old and not relevant to the features that you see here. Their YouTube is garbage... there's no support.

Great Service so far, quick to respond to issues. Would give 5 stars for some further improvements such as randomised roundups.

I have been using this app for over 12 months, the support could be better when you initially contact with an issue but all issued have been resolved and the app works great when set up correctly

App is great in terms of functionality, wished pricing was a bit better and more plans and more scalable for a lot more feeds instead of 5! We want 50, 100 feeds!

It took some time to learn how to use this app and does require quite a learning curve. Thankfully there are online tutorials. The distribution centre that I use only updates via CSV file (so that means MANUALLY!). With Stock Sync it only takes me 5-10 minutes to update all product inventory (that's over 1000 products) that would otherwise take me hours. There's still lots of settings in the app that I have no clue what they do or mean but I'm getting there!

Had a lot of teething problems in the first few years, support is hit and miss and not very proactive. Once you do get the setup bang on, it does work quite well. A paid service for a full setup would be a good idea and one I'd gladly pay for to avoid all the headaches for issues down the line.

Really great app to handle product and management inventory. Basically feature only allows to update variants but there is a beta feature to add variants to existing products thank you very much to the dev for your help on that. I would gladly give a full heavy five star when this functionality goes live - this would be a competition killer feature. Also, I would appreciate being able to communicate live by chat rather than by email would be much easier and faster to deal with feed issues. Overall I recommend this app over any other.

I started using the app for updating our inventory through CSV files, took a little while to set up but ended up working perfectly. After that, I got interested in updating through Rest API, which was even more tedious to set up. Customer service took a couple of days to answer but helped solve the issue, definitely would recommend it.

I used this app to update the inventory on our site automatically on daily basis. It works very well. Wish it could be scheduled more frequently to allow inventory update close to real time (it only allows an update every 12 hours on the basic subscription).
