This app has honestly been a game changer for how we manage inventory. We’re working with multiple sources and locations, and SyncX made it incredibly easy to keep everything aligned without the usual headaches. The real-time syncing is solid, and we’ve completely eliminated overselling issues. What stood out most is how flexible it is - whether it’s importing from Google Sheets, handling bulk edits, or managing metafields, it just works without friction. The interface is clean and intuitive, so there’s no steep learning curve, and their support team is quick, helpful, and actually understands what you’re trying to achieve. If you’re running a store with complex inventory or multiple suppliers, this is a must-have. It’s saved us hours every week and gives us full confidence in our stock accuracy.

Really good app for updating inventory, pricing information, and much more. Rahul is excellent with assisting us with any integration that our account needs and his attention to detail is incredible.

Excellent customer service. The team went above and beyond by converting my .zip file into a .csv on their end and ensuring that pricing and inventory quantities were updated accurately. Their support made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

The syncX:Stock Sync team have been immensely helpful when I had questions. They got back to me quickly with answers and were very friendly and professional. Overall Stock Sync 'just works' in the background. It's a great app and provides a great deal of functionality and removes lots of otherwise manual work.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this app – especially the support. Even though they advertise Priority Support, you don’t feel it at all. The in-app support function seems to be nothing more than automated bot replies that are useless when you have real issues. Individual concerns are not understood or simply ignored. Support via email is also hardly reachable. Either you get no response at all or replies are very delayed and not helpful. For an app that handles business-critical processes like inventory syncing, reliable support is essential – and that promise is clearly not being met here. Conclusion: Good idea, but the support is extremely poor and makes the app frustrating and unreliable when it actually matters.

This app has honestly saved me a huge amount of time. We work with multiple suppliers, each with their own inventory and product feed files, and managing those connections manually used to take up a lot of time and attention. Being able to automate those supplier file connections in one place has made our workflow significantly smoother. What really stood out to me was the support team. They’ve been incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or needed help configuring something. There were a few specific features we needed in order to make our supplier updates run seamlessly, and the team was able to guide us through the setup and help us get everything working properly. Now our process for keeping supplier inventory and data up to date is much more streamlined, and it’s freed up a lot of time that we can spend on other parts of the business. Overall, it’s been a really helpful tool for managing multiple supplier integrations.

Great app, helps us synchronise multiple supplier's stock levels in combination with our own, all of which have slightly different ways of feeding us that information (spreadsheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Email, FTP.... all with different column headers and layouts).
