Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this app – especially the support. Even though they advertise Priority Support, you don’t feel it at all. The in-app support function seems to be nothing more than automated bot replies that are useless when you have real issues. Individual concerns are not understood or simply ignored. Support via email is also hardly reachable. Either you get no response at all or replies are very delayed and not helpful. For an app that handles business-critical processes like inventory syncing, reliable support is essential – and that promise is clearly not being met here. Conclusion: Good idea, but the support is extremely poor and makes the app frustrating and unreliable when it actually matters.
