I've just installed the app and it does exactly what I want it to do. The technical support was very helpful. It's easy to install and so far has been trouble free.

we have thousands of products and were always running out of stock items and not knowing anything about it, until we installed this ap. It is an absolute life saver for us, when anything either runs low or goes out of stock we are notified instantly and can restock with our suppliers. The ap started working within seconds of installing and paid for itself within 5 minutes, its our favourite ap we have ever installed - does what it says in the tin - 5 stars platinum award from us

This app has been great for my workflow. Before, I would manually run inventory queries on my inventory to try and figure out where I'm running low, or running out, of stock. It was very time consuming. Now, I have several "Below X" notification thresholds set up using this app. I have it email me for each one every night before I go to bed, so I know what 3D printing jobs I should have running while I snooze. I also passed along a suggestion for improvement to Plutonian, and they adopted the change within 24 hours. This was greatly appreciated. The Shopify app store is absolutely flooded with duplicative and over priced junk apps. This is one of only a handful of apps that I think is worth having because of its utility. The free tier they offer is enough for very small stores. And the next tier up is so inexpensive that it's a no brainer (for me at least). This is a diamond in the rough.

It works great, but I initially had some issues because I didn't follow instructions. The tech support people were great and even made a change to something at my suggestion, which makes using it even better than initially. We will be using this product on a daily basis as sales are great, up 29% or last year 61% over the last two years, and with better inventory control, probably even more. So glad we gave it a try !

Exactly what I have been after in a stock notification app so far. Very simple yet powerful - there's not a lot of complication to it, but has some great settings. One extra setting I would love would be when setting a standard single threshold notification when it's at or below a stock number, to also be able to set it to not include products that are at or below another number. Ie notified at 5 or below, but exclude if at 1 or below.

Stockie has been great so far in helping us keep track of low inventory products across our store. The support from Plutonian is excellent. We had some initial questions when we were getting our notifications set up, but Meché helped us resolve them immediately.

We're new to Stockie but the app offers a very clean solution to a niche problem and has been a massive benefit to our business. As well as this, the team offer a truly fantastic customer support, with amazing communication and quick response times. Cannot recommend enough!
