Stockie Inventory Management

This app is reliable and does what is advertises to do well. We rely on it for various low stock alerts on our store where we have hundreds of different products. It really helps us a lot in managing our inventory levels. It does a good job of factoring in incoming purchase orders so that we don't mistakenly re-order products. This was one of the biggest issues we were running into with other low stock alert apps. Inventory thresholds are managed through a CSV file, which can be a bit of a pain to update as new items get added and old items get archived, but it works if you remember to periodically update it. It would be an improvement if they could somehow allow you to manage thresholds within the app itself and omit archived/discontinued products. The alert types are pretty basic, without too much ability to filter by different parameters, tags, etc. They are supposedly working on some type of inventory forecasting, which could be a huge benefit that is not featured currently. Overall, I would recommend this product. It has a good mix of features for the price.

Great so far. App provides the info needed to alert me when inventory is running low. Love the ability to schedule day/time of alert, and the support is great. Open to options to better the app which I can always appreciate.

Pretty good, simple an easy to install an set up……. Using free plan at moment. It has the basic of what I need with one scheduled report a week..

If you are looking for an app that will help you avoid missed sales opportunities because you need help organizing your inventory, this is the one! This app will help you be more efficient with product management, which will keep your shelves stocked, help you secure more sales, eliminate wasted work hours and help you outsell your competition. The customer service goes above and beyond to not only help you understand but to help you succeed. I know I will save at least 60 hours annually, so imagine the return over the life of your business. Well worth it.

Stockie's CSV stock report feature really helped me determine my low stock products. Might be getting the advanced plan instead since I need more features for my stores.

In 5 minutes, this app solved my 5-month problem and cured the challenges I have been facing by accurately identifying my low stock items. I'm so glad I found Stockie! I'd been feeling pretty lost when it came to inventory management -- I felt like I was constantly placing orders, but somehow, I always had multiple products out of stock -- and I knew that setting up automated low stock alerts would be a massive help. Stockie does exactly what I need, which is email me whenever a product hits a certain inventory threshold that I've set. Now I don't have to constantly worry about monitoring stock levels, because I know I'll be alerted as soon as something runs low and it's time to reorder. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Stockie's customer service for being THE MOST helpful -- I was experiencing an issue with some of my low stock alerts not showing up on my notifications list, and their team was super responsive and helpful, seeing the issue through until it was solved. They responded very quickly and it was clear that they cared about getting to the root of the problem. It's now working perfectly, and I'm grateful that they were so patient and thoughtful in offering assistance (which is rare!)

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Clean interface and the functions work perfectly. Thank you for saving me a lot of time! I was originally trying to make my own system to notify of low stock but this does just what I need.

This app works perfect! There are many different options for how low your stock needs to be before getting a notification.
