I have no problems creating POs, receiving or adjusting inventories. My problem lies with the label printing. This feature worked (poorly) for a few weeks and now can't find my printer. Spent an hour with customer support, they couldn't fix it. Was told it was being escalated to developers. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything else. Even if they figure out why it can't find my printer, the label feature is terrible!!! I've had to switch to a paid app for my labels, which works great, but I'm really unhappy about having to pay for what should be a pretty basic POS feature.

I know that our Developers may still be investigating the root cause of your issue whilst also prioritizing critical fixes such as those affecting your ability to make sales or access your store especially during the Holiday period. I'm confident that they will update you on their progress as soon as they can. In the meantime, you mentioned haivng to install a paid app for your labels. If you didn't know already, we also have the Retail Barcodes Label app that is a free Shopify app that can be used to create barcode templates and print them off all in your Shopify Admin!
