I generally trust all Bold products as they are user friendly and really well thought through. The Store locator is brilliant - I switched over after a different app wasn't able to load properly on my site. Bold's app works really well and is appropriately priced in my opinion. I had an issue while setting up and I got an email from Nikhil within a few minutes and I was able to sort everything out straight away. Great customer service and exactly what I had hoped for from the product. The free single store feature is actually quite helpful because you can run it as a fully live feature to make sure you are happy before needing to commit to the payment plans.

A little complicate to set the api up, but the app is very easy to use and the team, very helpful !

Seems to work well. I did have a formatting issue, which Nicholas rectified for us in a couple of business days. Edit: 2nd review, some time later: This app continues to work well for us. Again, a couple of tweaks we needed to make and their support staff were responsive. Still want an in-app way to make the store phone numbers clickable!

Easy to install, and once I figured out the API Key portal on Google Cloud and turned everything on, it worked like a charm. Michelle was excellent on support to help the page look great on desk and mobile.

Google's API is a little confusing to get set-up, but we got that worked out the Store Locator was a breeze. We needed a little more customization to the CSS, the customer support team, namely Hamza, was super helpful and very responsive.

I just installed the app and was having an issue with linking to location page to my navigation. Went to chat support and was connected to Naman and couldn't be happier with the results. Quick and easy!! Great customer service!!

This app has been very helpful. Although it doesn't have all the features we need, Priyanka was extremely helpful in getting us some good workarounds and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this app for anyone who needs a good store locator to start their online store off with.

First want to say : Good Support team, very quick turn around and helpful! Second: the app is fairly easy to install follow the directions while I have very limited background of IT.

We've been using the locator app for about a year and is easy to navigate. On a couple of occasions we needed support we were taken care of quickly and fixed the challenges with no disruption. Thanks Rahul!

This app works perfectly with our website. We tried out several store locator apps before settling on this one because of the easy set-up and smooth functionality. We're using the premium version for 3 stores, and have no problems with it at all. We really appreciate the fast customer service too. Many thanks to MC for matching the app to our theme.

Very happy with the app. Works perfectly with all the functions I need, and no glitches at all. Shoutout to the wonderful customer service too - especially MC, who helped tweak the app to match it with the rest of the website very quickly.

We just added the app last week. The set up process was straight forward and took only around 15 minutes. One highlight to mention is the amazing customer service. Bold Commerce made the app to exactly fit the theme of our store. My special thanks to Rick for all the fine-tuning! App has been great for our site. Had one slight hiccup with the way it displayed when we switched themes, but Ankur was able to fix the problem over chat in less than 5 minutes.
