WE are actually using several apps from BOLD. Ever since the first the app installation we found out just how professional and helpful the team is. There is never any issues with support or questions you may have and the team is at hand to help you set everything up so you can get the max out of the app. All the apps we are using help in their own little way to make our life a lot easier and boost sales with a reduced workload! Thank you and looking forward to any future apps you might launch :)

Tamer has helped support me on a few different questions I've had regarding functionality of the Store Locator app, and has been a great help every time. He's been super responsive and has always helped resolve my issue - also a really nice guy! Thanks Tamer!

I gotta say, this thing is slick. Really easy to install, really easy to input stores, really easy to customize colors and text, and it looks great. A+++

The app has been the greatest addition to our store to help drive our web customer's to our Dealer's physical stores. We were constantly getting calls on where people could physically go try on our product and this has been a huge hit and we have only been live a couple weeks. The customer look up feature that shows where people are searching for our product is an excellent sales tool for our reps and I hope that the developers can expand on that feature in the future. Just within the few weeks we have been working with this app, our dealer orders have already increased because they are wanting to make sure they are stocked on our product. We also use the Product Upsell App from Bold and have nothing but great success with the apps we are currently using from them. I look forward to working with them much much more in the future! Great job guys! I am truly impressed with your stuff so far.

We have been using this app to help our customers find retailers worldwide for quite a while, and we absolutely love it! There are also great reports in the app that help us in acquiring new retailers based on demand in their area.

The app is great no doubt, but the customer service is off the charts. I had some normal questions as I installed the app. No biggies and they were solved quickly and easily by this dude named Tamer, (Still not sure if that's his real name or his porn name.) But then I threw them a curveball. I asked for a feature that wasn't even offered at the time. I made the suggestion and within an hour they had coded in the solution/new feature. UNBELIEVABLE. I'm a Bold fan for life. Thanks Tamer (or whatever your real name is)!

Great app! Easy set-up in minutes and customer support for customizations is wonderful and responsive.

Bold saved the day again. They helped us troubleshoot a problem we've been having for 5 years. Now when customers search our pickup locations they can narrow their search by what Brand they are looking for. If one brand is available in one area but not another if both brands are selected it will hide that location...very cool. I think this app could get a face-lift and few more customized grouping features but it's not bad for the price and way better than any of the other store locator apps I've tried on Shopify.

Our store, https://www.vsslgear.com, is a fun team of young guys looking to make the outdoor world a safer place. And like many other teams, launching a start up company, we're always pressed for time and resources. Our team is proud to say, in the last 24 months the VSSL line of outdoor survival flashlights is really taking off! With that success we've been able to nail down some great collaborations and start building out a dealer network. We signed on with three major brick and mortar retail networks and we went from 0-60 mph in no time. We quickly realized that we had a need for a store locator at VSSLGear asap. That's where the team at Bold came in. We already had been having success with Product Discount and Product Upsell. If you get to use there apps, you'll know what I mean when I say they do a great job in promoting the other apps they have available. It's not pushy or intrusive, just value add. That's where we were introduced to the Store Locator. The Store Locator is a very intuitive and easy to implement app for Shopify. We were able to build our CSV file and bulk upload our 84 stores and have them live within a day. In a fast past, digital world, where business moves at the speed of light, this type of product and app roll out is exactly what our team needed. I know that our experience with the team at Bold is a "digital" relationship...but my gutt tells me these are probably the kind of guys we want to go into battle with. They're the guys that would help you win the battles and at the end of the day you'd be able to celebrate with a beer. Thanks a ton. You build amazing products that work, are easy to install, easy to use and offer a ton of value. Keep it up! One day we'll have to celebrate with a beer. Team VSSL

This is a really great app. The customization features and the usage heat map make it the best store locator our there. Support is fast, friendly, and very helpful. Well worth the money spent.
