It took quite a long time. I called your company for help, and the person I spoke with asked me a question I had to ask someone else the answer to, and I asked if she could hold, and she agreed. I came back on the line, and she hung up. I didn't appreciate that. It was very frustrating. I still don't have my Shopify up and running.

Tja, das ist alles was die App macht: „CSV headers don't match expected format for WooCommerce“ (Datei nach der Anleitung exportiert). Ich fange erst mit Shopify an und bereits jetzt überlege ich es mir, ob der Wechsel sinn macht. Alles viel komplizierter als man so hört.

Does not migrate correctly from Lightspeed at all

The migration didn't work good at all. It did not bring over pictures, descriptions, pricing, custom skews and a lot of other information at all. I pretty much have to input all the information on every item in my inventory manually because the app just made all my listings a draft because so much information is missing on every item it transferred from eBay.

while it worked well at transferring products and customer contact info it did not move subscription orders from WIX to Shopify. It appears i’m going to have to have these customers resubscribe on Shopify. This may not go over well and I could lose some customers that are not 100% loyal to my brand. Also several of my products ended up with the same product description from only one product. It took a while to reconfigure all my products.

App does not import all information. I have to upload all pictures and create descriptions manually.

While it brought in the items, photos and descriptions, it did not correctly bring in pricing where an item has variants.

The Migration App provided by Shopify is excellent. It comes with clear instructions and worked extremely well, allowing me to transfer my entire shopfront and store from the previous platform to Shopify, seamlessly.

Its good. Had no issues just wish pictures and inventory came over too.

I had issues with the migration from Ebay where the system did not flag the product as "Physical Product" causing the store to show them as sold out. It took time and a chat with support to get it corrected. It also did not import the pictures, so I still had to manually put them in.

Brought over all the etsy listings I needed to give me a headstart on moving my shop over. Not too bad! It'll help with all my SKUs and active listings

Not all items were imported, the reason for that was not well-explained and no solutions or instructions for how to correct were provided

Doesn't really work for existing store owners. I tried to migrate my eBay stock and got headlines but no descriptions and pictures. I may try again, but either an app works or it really doesn't. Very disappointing. You also need categories for antiques and collectibles, not just t-shirts and makeup.

Really easy to transfer over using the CSV file. However, I feel like I still have so much more to do. with no guidance

So easy to use and saves so much time and effort. I took off one star because it did create a couple of duplicate listings even though there weren’t duplicates on my Etsy shop listings.

None of the photos were imported from Ebay store I have. It's a significant drawback as I have to manually upload them now... I have 5,000 products in my store .....

While it collected and imported all the info from my existing Etsy Store, it incorrectly allocated the SKU numbers when I had products with multiple variations. As a result I had to edit and change all of these, which in some dames had over 50 variations to one listing. It also added the same price to every variation when prices were different. Thought migration would save me a lot of time. Sadly it has not at all

Did not import categories despite choosing my exact pos. Did not import many items due to negative inventory on preorders.
