Shopify Store Migration

It didn't work. It transferred my products from eBay partially. It only transferred the titles. No images, descriptions, or prices. Pretty worthless since I have to manually insert everything.
Videos and documentation indicate that there is an API for Square migration. There is not. Import CSV doesn't grab inventory. I have to either completely reformat my CSV and skip the Square import entirely or go into thousands of items and configure details. Not at all what is advertised.
I wish it would have transferred my pictures and categories. It is a good stay with a draft then from scratch but could def be better simplified.
It took quite a long time. I called your company for help, and the person I spoke with asked me a question I had to ask someone else the answer to, and I asked if she could hold, and she agreed. I came back on the line, and she hung up. I didn't appreciate that. It was very frustrating. I still don't have my Shopify up and running.
I don't even know if it worked. I'm still trying to figure that out.
It correctly moved over about 5% of my products from WooCommerce, so at least I had a general template to recreate all of my other products, but that was it's only pro. Cons were that it imported that 5% three times, so there were duplicate entries for each, including duplicate images, that needed to be sorted out. It also partially imported another 40% of my products, pulling in just the title and perhaps an image or two, the rest of the data was blank. So again, these could be used as a template, but every product needed to be checked thoroughly. In summary, marginally better than nothing, but needs a lot of work.
