The 5-star review you see here is authentic. We use this app for our webshop and we only allow customers to pick up on site. Constantin has helped us many times to make little changes or fulfill our requests and he is always very friendly. Top customer service. Greetings from Amsterdam!

This app has helped my business in so many different ways providing a wide range of options regarding in store pickup with customisable times and dates, as well as adding local delivery options with also many different settings to adjust and fit my specific business model. Aside from all that the customer service especially has been 10/10, constantin has done nothing but helped me since the start with solving any sort of problems I ran into in terms of setting it up correctly for my website, highly recommend!

The Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) app has been fantastic—very intuitive and easy to set up! Constantin was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. We offer local home delivery, and this app made it seamless to define specific postal codes for eligible delivery areas, which was exactly what we needed. We also use a different app for real-time shipping rates, and with Constantin’s guidance, we easily disabled that setting in this app to avoid any conflicts. Highly recommend this app for any store looking to streamline their local pickup and delivery options with excellent support!

We've been using this app for some time with no issues, and with five store locations offering in-store pickup, it's been a godsend. Recently, Constantin quickly fixed an issue where oversized parcel shipping was overriding the in-store pickup option. He handled it efficiently and without fuss — an absolute delight to work with. The app has helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for with Click and Collect and Store Pickup. Constantin is always on hand to help support us with bug fixing or issues with our setup (my fault most of the time!) We will always continue to support Constantin and this app in the future!
