Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)

I would definitely recommend this app! It makes pick up and delivery as easy as pie so we can actually focus on making and selling our pies. It doesn't get any easier for small businesses! Thank you! Constantin is so fast and helpful if change is needed.

Recently, Constantin quickly fixed an issue where oversized parcel shipping was overriding the in-store pickup option. He handled it efficiently and without fuss — an absolute delight to work with. Does what we need, fast helpful support

We use this on a farm shop site to give customers a click and collect option with a date and time slot for collection from our shop. The ability to set the time required for us to get orders ready for collection and to be able to block out certain days when collections are not possible has been really useful. If we have encountered any problems with the app or difficulty in migrating it to updated Shopify or theme versions, Constantin's response times have been excellent and glitches have been resolved very quickly. A brilliant service & highly recommended.

Easy to use, but if you ever have anything that you can't do, they are very quick to respond and help. I have been using this app on 2 different stores for a while, and I love the service.

The setup and setting options are very extensive and include everything we need. We had a technical problem after we had installed the plugin and used it for a few days, the technical support contacted us within a few hours and was able to solve the problem with us via chat.

Slow app, with many bugs. They have to add delivery range option, intead of putting 1 by1. Some time app takes more than5 minute, just to load.

We have had this app for many years but to my own fault despite it not having the ability to give us exactly what we needed it to, we just put up with it as we only needed it for Christmas time. With the business developing, we needed it ongoing throughout the year and I was dreading having to get a developer to create a website for us to include everything we needed. A friend suggested I contact the developer to see if we could get what we already have to work for us before taking this step. This was the best advice ever. I was so stressed, however from the very first reply from Constantin, we were able to discuss everything we needed and solutions were created for almost every problem we encountered. Now we have a customised website that suits our every need. The customer service was prompt and efficient. I will not hesitate to contact them again and look forward to the ease of website from now on. Thanks Constantin!

Completely flawed. You have to add your locations manually inside the app. It does not pull your locations from Shopify, therefore your inventory is not connected to a location and it will allow you to sell out of stock products. I honestly don't know how others think this app is 5 stars. There are other pickup apps for cheaper that tie stock to the location and will not allow checkout if items are out of stock. If they added this function, I'd say the app was perfect but for now, it's practically useless.
