I've been using this app for a few years and it works great. Constantin is very quick to respond to my questions which always occur because I did something wrong not because of a problem with the app.

The app works as dscribed, the customer support is amazing and they will do whatever they can to make sure it is the right app for your store. Cannot reccommend enough!

This app is amazing. The customer service usually gets back to me right away or under 24 hours. You can’t ask for more than that. If there’s a function you might need. Don’t give up. Shoot them a message and they might make it happen. Love this app.

This has been a very useful app for our business. It provides customers flexibility whether they want to product shipped to their home/work or if they prefer to pick up in store. The orders have been clear so we have not had any mistakes attributed to the app. We do not use the delivery function so I cannot comment on that. Customer service has also been very helpful.

With 100% of our store operating as in-store pickup through orders on our site this app is perfect. It allows me to easily update pickup times on the fly if I have to leave, as well as planning ahead. When reaching out about making tweaks and adding different options to the site Constantin responded and helped me out within the hour! This app is a must have when offering store pickup through your site!

Customer Service is something I value when purchasing products. The technician responded to my email for help for quickly and got the problem solved right away.The technician took the extra step of fixing the mistake I made in installing the app.

Really love this app as it allows us to function with shipping and pickup which we haven't been able to find with another app! The developer has been super helpful with us to get it set up correctly.

We only do "pick up in store" sales, and this app is perfect for this. The app is easy to install, easy to set up. Choosing dates and times is straight forward and functional. Only took me a couple of minutes. Works perfect. Constantin is not only a name i saw in the reviews.. he is really hands on. quick responder and fixer. I needed help because of some old shopify settings i could not get rid off. He made it happen for me. Thanks.

The customer service is fabulous. They are quick to reply and have offered to custom code and offer to make updates for me right in Shopify/the app. All the updates function precisely how I would like them to look. Each item I have requested has been resolved within a day and sometimes within an hour. Highly recommend.
