A GREAT app if you want to add local store pickups to your store. Technical support is nothing short of AMAZING, Constantin is always on hand to help us out even from Australia! We have now implemented this across 2 shopify stores!!

Couldn't be happier with the functionality and user experience this app has given me. I've been using it trouble-free for about 6 months now. During that time, I've needed some help from the developer to implement some enhancements. Each time I've reached out via email, I've received the help I needed within minutes - even though I'm based in Australia! Where else do you get responsive service like this? Hands down the best app - they helped me set it up A-Z and due to COVID i kept having to make changes to my address etc they would do all of the internal changes for me in seconds - amazing customer service.

This app has worked great for us to schedule local pickups while our storefront remains closed during COVID. Customers seems to find it easy to use and set-up was great for us. We have needed to make a couple of minor adjustments and the developer has been super responsive and has helped us with anything we've asked. Highly recommend tryin g this app if you need something flexible and easy to use!

I am a newbie at developing websites. I definitely do not know code, or any other html language, but I needed to get a website up and running ASAP where we could have customers choose a pick up time. The Store Pickup Click and Collect was so easy to use and set up. Their help desk is amazing and answered all of my questions super quick. All of our customers are telling us how easy our website was to check out, pay and select a curbside pick up time. I would highly recommend this app.

We installed this app so we wouldn't have to mess around with our Shopify settings too much and we couldn't be happier. This app has made Curbside Pick Up at all of our locations a breeze and Constantin has been amazingly quick and helpful with any questions or changes we've had! We looked at several other similar apps but went with this one based on the large number of stellar reviews and don't regret it one bit.

I had a compatibility issue between the app and a theme I was using for my shopify store so I sent an e-mail to customer support and immediately someone responded and asked for a 'limited access request' to the back-end of my store. I accepted and within a couple of minutes he had fixed the problem for me. First-rate customer service!

Like many, we had to start offering curbside pick up for our family owned retail store. Lacking some computer skills I was concerned about doing this on my own. I cannot even begin to express my complete satisfaction with the app AND the customer service. Every single question I had was answered literally within minutes and fixed. Every company should have customer service like this! Constantin is the best.

Very pleased with this app. We installed it quickly to begin curbside pickup during Covid and it's been really smooth. I had one interaction with the developers and they were super responsive, polite and quick to answer my questions. I would recommend this app for it's ease of use and professional tech support. UPDATE JAN 2021: Constantin has been incredibly responsive to our questions and responds super quickly. We had a few questions early on and he was incredibly helpful and professional. This app works seamlessly and the professionalism of the developer is outstanding. This app is worth every penny and has saved our business by allowing safe curbside pick up.

Excellent customer support—truly above and beyond. App is easy to install and very customizable. Simple interface allows one to easily make changes to pickup times and dates and availability (and locations).

I think i tried all the others Pickup Apps out there but no one was simply and powerful as this one at the same time. Customer service is incredible and the App works perfectly. You add the App and in five minutes you are able to offer Pickup service. TOP!!!
