I used this app to set up a click and collect service on our store as we don't ship product yet. Really easy to set up and use. Customers can pick designated days and time slots for collection. Great, prompt support from developers. Would highly recommend.

I have had this app since COVID hit. I requested a special button labeled STORE PICKUP on my cart page to match the other buttons like CHECKOUT. I have a brick and mortor store and have added ecommerce shopify store. The developer of this app added it so fast I was amazed. Also amazingly fast response time to any correspondence. I really appreciate Constantine's super fast and helpful assistance with getting all to check out correctly

For our customers that need to purchase online, but need to pick up at one of our physical stores, this app works perfect! We have stacks of prepaid items ready to go out the door everyday! Customer service fixed a small issue I had same day!

I tried multiple “Pick Up In Store” Apps and this one was the only one that worked flawlessly out of the box. Extremely pleased and the price is very good. Constantin has been rapid to respond to any questions or concerns in addition to going in to the shop to make the changes we needed.

Constantin is AMAZING! He responds so quickly, I am not sure he even sleeps! My wife and I have used this new app for our spice store in the midst of the COVID scenario. This is a good app, it integrates well and its easy to set the store perimeters. The developer has great customer service. Almost uninstalled this due to an error we made and thought the app wasn't working. The developer took the time to follow-up, fix the error and reinstall the app for us. Very much worth the $11 a month. Great app!

We wanted to have multiple pickup locations, so this app was perfect! Some other apps were MUCH more expensive. I've been SO impressed with the developer's help when we had a few glitches (NOT directly related to this app, but more of a result of other apps!) Constantin was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive!

I run an online boutique with pop-up shops (no actual brick and mortar location) and I have struggled with an option for my local customers to be able to pick up their purchases rather than shipping. This is the perfect solution for stores that do not ship some or all of their items. We are in the furniture business and do not ship, we need items picked up from our brick and mortar locations. No matter how it is set in Shopify, it shows shipping FREE. This app completely resolves the issue and we have it set where customers have to enter the day they are picking up & their info. We've used this app now for almost a year and never had a single issue. Recently we went through a web redesign which left the instore pickup button not as visible as it once was. I emailed the devs and withing 5 minute they emailed back, wen't onto my store and updated the colour and positioning of the button to make it stand out again! Absolutely amazing service from the devs and i would 100% recommend!

This app has been awesome! Our local customers love the store pickup option. It is very easy to install and get going. We needed a few changes made and Constantin responded to my email almost immediately. That level of customer service paired with this app is well worth it. We tried other options and this is by far the best way to do it. This app is a must have if you need a store pickup option!

Really good app, and top notch support from the developer. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody with one or more physical stores. Update: we had a problem with the app today, and Constantin answered my email within minutes, and minutes later the problem was resolved. If only all customer service was a fraction as good as this. If I could rate 10 out of 5 I would.
