Excellent immediate support and quick and helpful responses to every query. It would be useful to integrate a function for drop shipping items that can't have the store pick up option.

We just started using this app and the support is FANTASTIC. We wanted to reflect the pickup date and time on the packing slip which they helped us implement. Overall the options make it very flexible from picking what times they are allowed to pick up to what info you want to collect. Highly recommend this app for anyone that offers Curbside pickup! Edit - 6 Month update - Sofar this app has more useful features for Pickup than what Shopify has integrated themselves. The custom time/date/name tagging allows us to print out packing slips and Tag them with all the info we need to quickly identify who's is who's when they come to pickup. Great support and always willing to chat! Thanks!

Constantin was very helpful in getting our store set up quickly and running the way we like to. Setup was simple and easy to use. Quick response makes operating our business so much easier. Highly recommended to integrate if you need a curbside or in-store pickup system.

This app and the support team has been fantastic! My movie theater company has had to quickly adapt to create curbside pick-up options and Constantin from the support team of Store Pickup has been quick, efficient and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and implementing changes when we need them. Thank you! Highly recommended. Simple to install and easy to use for our wide range of customers.

This app has been super helpful in offering a pickup option at our checkout! It's easy to use and set up. Ability to schedule a date and time for pickup is HUGE since we're based out of our home.

This app has been incredibly helpful, and is intuitive and easy to use. Constantin is super responsive and helpful and assisted me in setting up the app to fine tune my pickup options. The app also allows for extra information to be collected in the cart page, which is then all collected nicely and put into the shopify order. I highly recommend it!

We have used this app for a short time but all went really smoothly. What is most important above all - is the quality of support, the response rate to requests, etc. Recommended!

Ran the trial install for about 10 mins to see if this had the features we needed. It didn't. Uninstalled the app and then spent hours looking through all the theme code to remove code it left behind. Not cool.

This app was super easy to set up and as soon as I had a question/issue Constantin emailed me back quickly (within minutes!) to help me solve the issue and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this app and their customer service is 10/10

Just installed this app and I can already tell it's going to be amazing for my business! The curbside pickup button was perfect for us!! Due to Covid and our retail clothing and footwear store being closed we opened an online store thru Shopify. The app was truly helpful in keeping our business going. If we needed help Constantin - the developer, was amazing. Thanks for the technical support! Great app! Also - tried other apps and they didn’t work as well.
