The app is great out of the box, but needing some custom adjustments I received world class support from Constantin. If you are looking for a pickup solution, this is the one you should choose.

Nice and smoothly working app - we use it since ~1,5 month. We had an error today, the pickup button wasn't clickable any more. Contacted support by email and within 30 minutes Constantin fixed the issue. The ability to tag orders based on time and location makes it easy to filter orders and ensure everything is ready for pickup at the designated times.

This app is amazing considering how cheap it is per month. We needed a few things tweaked on it so it would work with our store and the support has been nothing but quick, patient, and accommodating. If you are looking for an app for curbside pickup scheduling this one is perfect! :)

This app is really easy to use and when I needed help they responded very quickly and resolved the problem within minutes!

We use this app so customers can choose pick-up in-store. We have multiple locations and it works great. We did have issues with charging the correct taxes, but we received help the same day we asked for it. A few months later, we changed our theme so the pick up stopped working. We contacted support and it was fixed an hour later. The customer service is fast and very helpful!
