The customer service on this app is fantastic. I've had several circumstances that have required immediate troubleshooting (one of them on a weekend) and Constantin responded within minutes and helped solve my issue. When we first added this app, I needed some further customization and the support team was quick to help with that as well.

Amazing app. So clutch to be able to have customer's select their pickup date and time. It's made our order processing much more streamlined. I've needed a few adjustments to fit our business needs and always have had quick responses and amazing customer service from their team.

Nice and smoothly working app - we use it since ~1,5 month. We had an error today, the pickup button wasn't clickable any more. Contacted support by email and within 30 minutes Constantin fixed the issue. Can highly recommend this app - of course there are other apps but for us it provides all needed features (in Germany) and the pricing is fair. Great and fast service - thank you Constantin. The app is worth more than 5 stars. The support was great, within a few minutes I was helped via email. Since we are only allowed to offer pickup in Germany at this time, the app is wonderful. Easy setup, also works great with custom themes. Very satisfied and will highly recommend the app.

We added this app back in March 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown in our area. It quite literally saved our business by allowing us to offer curbside pickup to our customers. We are forever grateful and thankful for this app. An added bonus is the customer service is awesome! I would recommend this app to any company looking for a more customizable curbside pickup experience. The ability to tag orders based on time and location makes it easy to filter orders and ensure everything is ready for pickup at the designated times.

This app is amazing considering how cheap it is per month. We needed a few things tweaked on it so it would work with our store and the support has been nothing but quick, patient, and accommodating. If you are looking for an app for curbside pickup scheduling this one is perfect! :)

We have installed this app and it has been an incredible asset to our shop. We couldn't find a more intuitive and consumer friendly app to fit our unique needs and the customer service was OVER THE MOON. Would recommend to anyone.
