This app is really easy to use and when I needed help they responded very quickly and resolved the problem within minutes!

We use this app so customers can choose pick-up in-store. We have multiple locations and it works great. We did have issues with charging the correct taxes, but we received help the same day we asked for it. A few months later, we changed our theme so the pick up stopped working. We contacted support and it was fixed an hour later. The customer service is fast and very helpful!

As a result of COVID changes to our business we transitioned our business from in person retail sales to a curbside model, exclusively online. Finding the Store Pickup Click and Collect app was our dream come true. Constantin has been a gem in helping me with special needs to make my shop work EXACTLY the way I need it to. Thanks to his assistance, and the app, we successfully launched a pre=order site for the Thanksgiving holiday. He tailored product availability, cutoff times and we had more orders than ever before. We have used this app on a number of stores. Why? 100% due to the 110% awesome customer service and problem solving we get from Constantin the main developer. All responses are fast and we have yet to give him a problem that he cannot solve for us. I would recommend this app to anyone needing this functionality.

We are using this app and it works very well for us. We have 3 physical shops and it was important to give people possibility to recive products at home or pick them up at one of our shops. If you need this app allows to have pick up products only for some collections and support is very fast. 5 stars!

So far the app is working great (for a feature Shopify should have by default). I tried one other pickup app and this one is far better. Constantin has also been a great help with very quick replies!

This app has been a lifesaver for my small retail shop. Due to the pandemic, we have had to convert most of our business to online ordering with contactless pickup at the store. This app enhances the customer experience because it makes it possible for customers to order online and schedule their pickup date and time in advance. On our end, it helps us to organize our workflow and control how many orders we can accept within a given time frame. Best of all, the customer support is AMAZING. Constantin helped me figure out how to make the app work for my store's needs. Great app!

We've used this app to allow customers to choose a location, date and time to pick-up their orders. The app works great.
