I've been using a different (more expensive) app for over 2 years and was looking for a cheaper one that could do mostly the same. My store is a bit unusual and I had a lot of demands. Since this app is quite young, they're still developing it. Atinder is really friendly and was a great help. He made sure to reply to my questions really fast and even made some changes to the app to meet my needs, but unfortunatly it wasn't enough for me. (Mostly because I was used to having a lot of features from the app I was using before). If your store doesn't demand a lot of specific options, this app is great for you and it's a great price! I'm sure there will be more features added in the upcoming months.

Great product and top-notch customer support. Easily set up a shipping & pickup schedule to allow customers to select a date/time to have their order ready for either shipping or pickup. Very customizable as well. Schedules can be set based on day of the week or location.

Highly recommended. App is well written, easy to setup, options are self-explanatory and the best part is that support is very quick and really understands whatever problem you have. I tried at least 5 apps to do the same thing and this is the easiest to setup and the most stable. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work.

I am not tech-savvy and this app's customer service really made my experience hassle-free! There is a team available online that you can conveniently chat. I requested so many changes and ask so many questions and it was solved in less than 10 minutes! Thank you so much! I've never had an app with extra support like this! Customers were unable to place orders with this app installed. Encountered issues when entering their address at checkout, being told that their postal code was invalid. Settings all correct. There's a bug but it doesn't feel like any appetite to get to the bottom of it. Cost me thousands in lost revenue. It's a shame as it is one of the better apps for this type of thing.

This app has worked perfectly, it has all the layers of control needed to allow customers to schedule their delivery date based on multiple rules and configurations. The best part is it works at the checkout level and not just the cart level like most apps in the marketplace. On top of all the great features, the team at BirdChime has been one of the best in terms of support and adding new features. We needed several customizations and we completed some complex requirements in only a few weeks' time. Absolutely recommend this app and team!

I used this app as an integration on my shopify website, I am selling baked good online and needed some control over how many orders I can take in one day and this app was absolutely perfect for this. Not only that but the online support is second to none! could not recommend high enough.
